  1. Fooking hell m8, Thats shocking, I take it you have put an engine in the car since you bought it, as I had considered this car myself when it was up for sale needing a new engine.

  7. Theres one on pistonheads for £8700 and it hasnt sold at that. Granted it may a totall bucket upon close inspection, where your car is mint apart from yer wheel bearings and a few probs you have had with your geometry at a certain tyre firm. The engine leting go not long after you bought it, that was just bad luck. Anyway its fixed now and runs sweet as a nut[] So id say the car is worth more to you, so lay low over the winter, get the nigles fixed and prepare to have a blast at the first light of summer.[]

  10. My M8 has owned a Scooby and a Evo 7 GSR in the last 2 years, he did have up untill last week a Golf GTI TDI, this in his opinion is the best comprimise between power and economy, ive been out in it alot with him and the handling is as good if not better than some scoobys I have driven, and as you say Wilky, the low down torque is awsome. On top of all that they are very safe solid and reliable, as he found out last week when sombody decided to slam the brakes on in front of him on a slip road about to join the motorway, he was picking up speed and doing about 55mph, he didnt have time to brake as there was no warning, so as he tryed to sweerve to avoid hiting the fiesta he cought it at a funny angle and pratically cut the car in half, he walked out without a scratch. Both cars are a wright off, but when as his insurance money comes through, he will be buying another one.

  15. Id say anybody can drive fast in a straight line aslo, but thats not what I said! I am refering to the techincal ability lol or ones skills to be able to get the maximum from there car from a standing start on a timed 1/4 mile run. As Wilky says "get it right up ye" lol
