  1. www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk I paid £750 for the Brembo 320mm drilled & grooved fronts, came with Ferrado 2000 pads and braided hoses.
  2. << Paul, were you in the blue one?? >> Yeah thats the one, also got a big ass rear wing!
  3. I was there parked beside the hairpin, I'm on the P1woc too.
  4. BTW, will be at Knockhill tomorrow if anyone wants to take them off my hands!
  5. Honestly don't know, maybe someone in the know can help out??
  6. As title, looking for £320 for both. They were in the car for 30,000 miles and are untouched.
  7. I lived in Dumfries for about 7/8 years when I was kid, you been there long?
  8. It isn't check out the other thread, check the vid out.
  9. Is there any SIDC tie in with this dealership, I'm due a service and would rather take it to them than the muppets up the M90. Cheers, Paul
  10. Just checked the weather for Dunfermline tomorrow on http://uk.weather.com, apparently snowing most of the day. They tend to be quite accurate, better than the BBC site thats for sure!
  11. Hi, I'm thinking about getting my P1 remapped, who are the best people in Scotland to talk to? Thanks, Paul
  12. Perhaps mods from this forum can take points from the countless other forums that seem to strike a fine balance. www.civictype-r.co.uk www.seatcupra.net (closely linked to Seat) www.cliosport.net (huge following) www.seatenthusiasts.co.uk These are just a few that have forums where people can post about their experiences. SeatCupra.net have a recommended dealers sticky thread, mostly praise but dealers absent in the list would make me think twice.
  13. What about some sort of anonymous rating system. Dealers could be rated out of 5, with appropriate/subjective comments(approved by mods) by happy/unhappy customers. Could be along the lines of Dabs/Amazon review system. I for one would have loved to have had a rated list of dealers prior to me visiting a certain dealer, in a certain town that shares it's name with a certain Australian town.
  14. I can see there point though, they don't know your comments are in fact, fact! Still.......
  15. www.arnoldsucks.com Wonder how many times he's been 'threatened'?
  16. OK, still think you are being 'UBER' cautious though!
  17. TBH, I was thinking along the lines of creating your HTML page and hosting it somewhere with your grievance, then linking it. I do think SN and this board are being over cautious though, if you read' ArnoldSucks' and consider AC don't bother taking action, I hardly think a garage is going to go to the trouble contesting/taking to court a post on this forum!
  18. Will do, waiting for my activation for that forum!
  19. What about linking to a webpage not hosted by the SIDC containing a grievance? I've had a run in with the same dealer and would be happy to contribute to a page of 'experiences'. Paul
  20. Kart_Man, That explains a lot! It was quite obvious that you were able to brake much much later than most of the cars going into the hairpin. Still a 63 second lap is impressive with a standard engine!! I don't know how you managed it though, but coming out of the hairpin you managed to pull on a M3 EVO, one of the black EVO VIII's and that STi Type RA on the start finish straight. Do you have an ECU remap? I wouldn't mind a pax lap next time your on track, if you don't mind!? Thanks, Paul
  21. Good day up at Knockhill today...makes a change!! That R32 Skyline was one of the most impressive I've seen on a Hot Marques Night/Track day etc. I timed it at around 63 seconds for a lap. The other impressive car was a P1, it lapped in the same time. It didn't look modded, didn't even seem to have the P1 backbox(just the STi jobby). Was it anyone on here?? Cheers, Paul
  22. I have an extended 2 year Subaru Warrenty, does the same apply to me?
