  1. I don't see what the big deal is.
  2. What if they find you using cooking oil?
  3. I sent Andy an email a couple of weeks ago too, still to hear back from him.
  4. Nice work! Do I sense a Time Attack car for 2009?
  5. Contact details, I couldn't find any when I was looking?
  6. 10W/60 on a standard road car, that's too thick surely! Any fully synthetic 5W/30 or 10W/40 would be choice.
  7. Can someone add me in please - 12.51 109.5 P1_Paul 08/06/08 Crail 101 Newage Cheers, Paul
  8. Was that not the stage where about 4/5 co-drivers were winded after the 'big' jump? They couldn't relay any notes for a good few minutes after the jump! Don't know if that was 2007 or 2006.
  9. £90 and we meet beside Kincardine and you have a deal bud! P.s. You're not interested in an unused STi Performance air filter are you?
  10. Who's organising this one, is it a hot hatch event?
  11. No it needs to be manually wired in. When I asked Andy before I had my car done, he seemed to know it would have to be wired in without prompting(no surprise! ) The only reason I didn't have it fitted was I didn't warn him prior to the mapping session, so he didn't have the piping to fit it. Also my car didn't have a problem holding boost so no need for it. Email Andy and ask, he's very good at getting back to you.
  12. Hi Sean, I don't have the piping, I only have what is shown in the pic. I'm sure any mapper if you speak kindly to them will fit this prior to mapping, I wouldn't stress about the fitment if I were you!
  13. In case you do attempt it yourself....
  14. Look for the something that looks like my pic above, it's just above the airbox.
  15. Just tell Andy prior to turning up for a remap, he'll do it on the day, only take 15-20 mins if that.
  16. Emm, I'm selling a brand new Subaru one, above, for £100, only taken out of the box to photograph it today!
  17. I've no idea TBH, that's a question for the guru's!
  18. Hi Sean, It is the official 3 Port Boost Solenoid, as fitted to the WR1, I paid £190 from Subaru(probably got ripped off) Please see the URL below for a pic. The part number is 16102AA013, there's no fitting instructions, sure there will be some where on the net. http://www.btinternet.com/~paulj.ewing/SpecC/3PBS.jpg Prefer to meet up than post. Cheers, Paul
  19. I have a genuine Subaru 3 Port, cost me a fortune, will sell for £100, never used or taken out of the box. I paid about £80 for my Walbro from ScoobyWorld.co.uk. http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product.php?p_id=1292
  20. If I ever get rid of the Spec C, which isn't likely, that will be my next car!
  21. Hi Sean, I've added the following performance bits to the car - 255 lhr Walbro Fuel Pump Miltek Turbo back de-cat exhaust system Simota panel filter EcuTek Remap Going by other cars with similar mods on SN, it should be near 360/360 on the RR. It's not headline figures that tell the true story with the Spec C, it's the spool up and sustained power to the red line that's most impressive! Spec C
  22. Andy told me that it wasn't neded for my car, he said it's only really needed if the car struggles to hold boost up the rev range. Mine was ok, so didn't bother changing that or the actuator.
  23. If you're only needing the Spec C to run 360bhp, you won't need the 3-port boost solenoid, save your cash!
  24. Just a bit!! Still doesn't stop me watning more though!
