Cheers Yeah, still haven't got round to looking at the steering rack problem. It isn't too bad at the moment...just top up the fluid every time it gets a bit whiney. When the skyline goes into the garage to get all its bits on we're going to have a look at the impreza.

Morning Does anyone know prices or contacts for where i could buy a refurb kit for the front 4pots, and rear 2pots (standard calipers) in my TypeR? I'm just looking for seals and dust covers really, untill i get the pistons out to look at anyway! Would subaru UK be able to help? Were the brakes the same between P1's and STI IV TypeR's? Any help appreciated!

I use NF race....about 1/6 to a tank for normal driving so one bottle does 6 tanks usually (if my memory serves me correctly.....it's been a month or so since I've had to fill the car up!)

DS 3000's Mines ECU and also waiting for Blitz SBD-iD III to arrive

Ta Mines ECU on the way now too... so will be raising boost to 1.0bar for some extra shetland ponies Its running 0.7bar just now. ECU will be good to 1.2bar, but the turbos will prob fly apart and launch the exhaust wheel above 1.0 bar LOL so... wont try it.

Like a baffle kit? We've just bought a Tomei baffle kit for the Skyline...apparently just bolts into the sump quite simple....unfortunately with the Skyline its an engine out job though....so going to be gettiing it done by the professionals

I just left mine as it was last year...and never had any problems with it Never really thought of it though TBH

That's me just home.... Was at Dastek straight after knockhill....I can finally feel my feet again! Good day though Skyline was sliding all over the place (and yes I know probably down to my crap tyres! but it was either them or slicks!) Made 283BHP on the rollers...a bit lower than expected...but they said the rear brakes were sticking ....that's explain the shaking under breaking at knockhill!

Apparently the black one had 'brake failure' hence ended up in the gravel....I've heard he was trying to overtake on the hairpin!
