  1. Lookin really good there mate. You just need the Scot Lowe splitter to finish off the exterior now. Dave
  2. Some nice looking cars so far This is my beastie as I got her........... And a couple of her now - 1 year on........... Dave
  3. It depends if you want to have piece of mind or not. I put a cold air induction system on my 05 STi and it was running fine (over fueling but very safe) - but in doing so didn't give any BHP increase only a very nice noise. I decided to have a Tek3 EcuTek remap done and the car is now fueling correctly and absolutely flies. I have a magnex cat back exhaust, k&n typhoon induction kit and the remap and the car is making 300bhp and 290ft.lbs of torque - and that is with all three cats still in place. Dave
  4. << just had a phonecall to say scott lowe gets these cheaper.ooopps >> Gumball are the prices you are quoting in the first post the prices from Scot lowe?? Or can he get them even cheaper? Dave
  5. The car looks superb - mean from every angle. Good effort by your pal to get the pictures....... Dave
  6. << Good points on the thread re it being carbon and not just regular plastic/fibreglass. I've dropped Scott Lowe an email to see if he can source or make. Otherwise you boys better start saving up some cold hard wonga. >> DId you ever get a reply from Scot Lowe regarding this spoiler availablity?? Dave
  7. Cal good choice of alloys - they look rather similar to mine. I have always thought that dark wheels only really work on a light car (i.e. the contrast is key), but that's just me. If I were you I would get them in the bright silver as they will then stand out nicely and be a great feature on the car. I think that my colour of alloys would look lost on your balck beastie. Dave
  8. I'll be thinking of you guys this afternoon. Hope everything goes well. Dave
  9. Thanks mate it keeps me happy..........
  10. "Just shove it up your ass" - classic........ Dave
  11. << There's aguy about 3 doors down from where I am staying in Chicago and he has one of these spoilers. It looks AWESOME in the flesh. I'd buy one if I had a MY05-06 Russell >> Fantastic so you'll stick it in your hand luggage for me?????? Dave
  12. << DAVE - Something like the spoiler you were looking at on a crystal grey my06. Took me a day to find that thread! >> Thanks for that mate - I'll have a look through the 30+ pages of that thread later on tonight. Do you know if the Symms spoiler is sold in the UK?? It does look rather good although it is only the top half IIRC?? Dave
  13. << Very nice m8 and the car looks good too >> Ta mate
  14. << that looks very nice mate, like it very much. I must resist tints, I must resist tints >> Try to think of it as a security option.............that way it doesn't seem so bad!! Dave
  15. << cute wee cat hope ya didnt turn the hose on the little guy lol nice tints and i like the colour of yer car as well not too common >> Thanks for that. As far as I am aware I have the only Crystal Grey STi9 in Aberdeen - so yeah you are right it's not a common colour up here. The cat was pouncing on the water when I sprayed it on the ground. It was in a playful mood although it did get rather wet in the end. So he came over to me and dried himself off on my trousers whilst purring his head off getting a good rub. Dave
  16. Thanks very much mate. Its my little toy..... Dave
  17. Well I gave the scooby a quick wash so I could take some photos of the new tints. Here you go........... And I had some help from this little guy too....... He was playing around with the water coming out of the hose and basically wanted some company. I don't normally like cats but his little guy was cute and playful. So what do you guys think then?? Dave
  18. FAO 4Hero If you are out there and could help out by photoshoping the carbon fibre spoiler onto my car that would be greatly appreciated. Dave
  19. It is the Scot Lowe item. Top quality and fit btw..........you won't be disappointed!! Dave Anyone got the spoiler??
  20. Yep that's the one alright. I would paint the non-CF bits crystal grey to match the rest of the car if i got the spoiler. I am just wondering how wild it would look on a non-black car - I am assuming that it will fit the STi9 boot lid. Anyone got one or know of any other options?? Dave
  21. Hi Guys and Gals, As the title suggests I am interested in the ScoobyWorld Carbon Fibre rear spoiler. Do any of you already have this spoiler fitted to your cars and if so could you please post up pictures of it as I am wondering how it would look on a NON-black car (the website shows it on their black demo car). This is it ScoobyWorld CF Rear Spoiler I would also appreciate any opinions you guys have regarding the quality and fit of the item as well. If any of you know of any other options then please post them. Thanks alot. Dave
