I spotted you Andy (oobster)cruising back from Alford at about 6.15pm just south of perth, Car looked very nice passing by. I was in a golf so you wouldnt have spotted me! Whats all this with polishing yer exhausts and inside of wheels?! its a rally slag for christ sake, you'll be putting it up on ramps next with mirrors underneath[*-)]!! Col.

A garage fitted all the bits, they messed about with the fuelling but couldnt get it running perfect. I was quite happy though cos it pulled like a train and the flamer kit worked great what with all the juice pouring out the exhaust!! ran it on normal unleaded 90% of the time too! fuel consumption was horrific but it made 315bhp on the rollers at Dastek[]

I completely de-catted my old uk wagon, uprated fuel pump, regulator, dump valve etc and ran it for 2 years with no remap, overfuelled like mad but never had any probs and its still going strong to this day!

Tein kits arent expected into the country till late august[] I have a set booked, just hope the car holds up till then as its clunking like mad[]

Have seen Pauls car a few times and it looks blooody lovely with those rims[]

Got a phone call from the National Gallery in Edinburger earlier, turns out I am runner up in a competition that was run by the Sun!! The comp was titled 'Being There' , you had to submit a picture of a moment in time etc could have been anything really just capturing some interesting event. I entered one of my RX-8 pics- The pic will be framed and put on display in the Gallery for a month! Got a private VIP viewing next wed night with some famous photographer dude who I have never heard of and cant remember his name![:$] Dont know if theres any prize, waiting on a letter from them tomorrow. I am well chuffed and hopefully it will be a good bit of promotion for our website[] Theres supposed to be an article this week in the Sun so hopefully they will print my pic. Col.[]

Mako, With the speed he was travelling at I wouldnt of had a chance if he had rolled, theres a fence behind me so wasnt able run anywhere. Will need to work out an escape plan for next time!! Pics are up on site from thursday.

I seriously thought my time was up yesterday afternoon. Mini challenge race, 2 collided sending one flying off at probably 80+mph. His rear wheel folded under the car when he hit the gravel and thats when I thought oh no! I was rooted to the spot and never even thought about taking a pic! Luckily the car didnt dig in and roll but bounced through it causing me to be hit by thousands of bits of gravel causing a bit of bruising a to my back/neck/head[] Camera is a bit worse for wear,full of dust but if i had taken a pic it would be smashed to bits! Iain my power-images partner was on the other side being the sensible one! he got these shots- Thats me on the left- Heres a few others from earlier in the day- This pulsar won both its races with ease- 5 Litre V8 monster MG- Pink Cossie got black flagged for this blatant bollard removal! along with 3 others on the same lap!!- Jackie Stewarts Tyrell F1 car- Lotus 340r driver must have felt a bit scared alongside the V8 Beast- Col.[]

Oh aye ,remember it now as it was the only newage there! I was in the stealth diesel Vectra being driven by the other half so he wouldnt of seen me. Col.

I Think/hope Corsa's on the wind up! I only tend to wave at Modded looking scoobs/STI variants ,classic and newage as they are more likely to be driven by enthusiasts. Most new-age cars are driven by reps who dont have a clue about them really. Col. p.s. saw a nice blobeye sti in black earlier in dundee, with pink solberg pig stickers on side window, WIY?
