  1. I'm single! But from the reaction its got from the opposite sex so far I probably wont be single for long! Pics were taken up at Glenshee.
  2. Z4 M Roadster Picked her up on thursday and done a few hundred miles so far, awesome to drive. A real handful and pretty lethal when you turn the traction control off! 340 bhp and a fantastic soundtrack too, very happy!
  3. It helps us identify members from less respectable parts of the country Yes I am selling.....well not selling i'm trading in, didnt get too raped with it but was willing to take anything for it as its been a total jinx. Something nice coming for the summer
  4. There wil be one less in Perth by tomorrow black Hawkeye STI with grey wheels...seen it?
  5. red all the way! Was there not a tuning company that recently modded 2 newages with 911 RS style stickers and coloured rims?
  6. Are they not about 60k or something, hugely overpriced for a big Elise!
  7. When i first got my scoob I didnt like the windows being so dark so went to a tint company to see about getting them removed. He qouted me nearly £200 and said the rear windows can be very difficult to remove and would probably damage the heater elements. If i was that desperate his recommendation was to 'accidently' smash the back window and claim a new one off insurance! I didnt bother!
  8. When you've exhausted the whole halfords chav range on the exterior of your car....try these Illuminated hoses to make the engine bay look really tacky!
  9. There isnt any joiners offshore! Try OP Marine, they do a lot of re-fitting of rigs and employ joiner types. I am working alongside about 30 of them just now on a rig in Croatia.
  10. Yeah he was driving! the throttle jammed open now I think about it, its on the TOTB dvd from that year. George was pretty cool about the whole thing afterwards but he was really lucky it wasnt a bigger 'off'.
  11. That'll be the same Impreza that shot off the end of the handling track at TOTB and through a fence when the brakes failed?! I remember George, he worked for Falkland performance centre years ago.
  12. wow! thats some serious power right there! I didnt see any on the road over there but plenty hugely modified ones at the circuit I went to-
  13. I'm in Croatia but cars been lying outside my house for since New Year, maybe somebodies stolen it?!....better call my neighbour!
  14. mmmmm......I am looking for another car, although with Subaru charging nearly 30k for a normal STI the Cosworth version will be priced in with some pretty stiff competition. Used E90 M3 or a Scoob??
  15. Taken the other morning with a wee Sony point and shoot, unprocessed. One of the most colourful sunrises I've ever seen.
  16. If your buying from a Subaru main dealer and the car has had modifications,(i.e dump valve) fitted by a previous owner, make sure this is noted in the warranty handbook. As once you leave the garage and something breaks they WILL NOT honour the warranty, p**s you about for 2 weeks then bill you for £600 to get the car back in a millions pieces worse than when it went in. p.s. 2005 Hawkeye STI For Sale, bargain price as I havent used it for months being overseas.
  17. I was on the ensco 102 a few times in the past 2 years, not bad place. Been out in Croatia since October working on the Key Manhattan driller for Transocean, a complete wreck! we are refurbing it out here. Should have been a 6 week job, done 15 weeks so far!! Desperate to get home and splash out on a new car, scoobs been sitting feeling sorry for itself for months in the drive. Rig in the background is the Galloway, even worse state than mine....now scrap! Picturesque view from the workbench! Colin
  18. I'm speechless, absolutely gutted for you mate. Some jealous p***k no doubt, total scum.
  19. Sure there's already a thread about it on here somewhere but couldnt find it. The guys a nutter! Looks like they misjudged the length of the landing ramp, would like to see what state the cars in!
  20. picked up a bloody throat infection, in agony so sitting in on my lonesome Been burning the candle at both ends and the middle for past 2 weeks so not really surprised it would catch up with me!...oh well, all the best for 2010 people.
  21. I smashed an HT Autos one to bits last year, got another one and so far its been pretty good at clearing the road! Its really flexible and held on with tons of screws!
  22. They are fine in the snow, unless you have 235 tyres and no ground clearance.......oh well!
  23. A wee bit fell at my folks place in Pitlochry last night! Walking home at 2am in the middle of the snow storm was fun! Having sword fights with 3ft long icicles we snapped off a gutter!
  24. hope not! Its just the frost, its starting to melt on the edge of the wing making it look bent! The front splitter is a nightmare, lost one last winter this ones held on with about 40 6mm self-tappers after being partially ripped off about 4 times!
