  2. Cheers Grant. They're quite inexpensive items, might consider one as a safety measure when/if I can get the funds together for stage 2 of my project.
  3. That's warm Davie. Damn warm. World Cup '94 - Holland vs. Tunisia at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando Florida on a june day right in the middle of the afternoon. Tempreature inside the stadium - 117 degrees farenheit. Now you've all seen me. I'm about the whitest man in the world. So you can just imagine how much I was suffering that day. I just swapped my rear and front tyres around and I think I'm burnt. The curse of the ginger.
  4. Neil, I got the Tein springs fitted to mine by Hypertech last year and they're great. The car sits very aggresively, and the handling is certainly improved.
  5. For those of us without a degree in japanese car mechanics, but with an appetite to know everything could you explain the benefits of the catch can, and do the cars come with one as standard?
  6. Last 2 fillups have been at 97.9, which is much better than it has been recently. Long may it continue.
  7. Billy, I'm not available that weekend mate, but my congratulations to them, and yourself of course. That's one off your hands anyway!

  9. The exact number here in Bothwell is not important. What is important is that it is bloddy warm.
  10. My PC's being a bit useless at the moment with those files too. Have spent 2 hours trying to fix the ones I recorded too, so here's one attached to this. My video work is poor, but crank up the speakers as it's worth it. That magnificient man and his flying machine. www.st3ph3n.com/wilky.mp4
  11. Malky, real shame about what happened to the car. We were watching it for a while and were impressed with the acceleration. Even after the finish line it still looked like it had enough power to nearly get the front end off the ground. Hope you get it all fixed up after the mishap, and maybe get some suspension mods on it too!
  12. Are you sure all the games aren't broadcast live on the BBC regardless of whether they have the terrestrial rights to them?
  13. Just attach a file and it will auto link it. You don't have to attach then edit like the old forum. The man's on fire! It's a great picture.
  14. All my pictures turned out rubbish because my camera is piss poor for taking shots of anything moving. Anyone want to buy a 2 mega pixel digital camera? Was cutting edge when I bought it! Col, do you have wilky's flaming shot available in a size befitting wallpaper usage? 1600x1200 for my goodself.
  15. Fantastic day all round. I turned up later than planned after a visit to my old office to see how everyone was turned into a long stay, but still got a good couple of hours of spectating. Some quality cars on track. The 911 GT2 made me do a sex wee. Also thanks to Peter for the post-match grub. Will be back again mate. It was a real shame to see everyone ill though. Martin with his cough, col with whatever ailment he had, grant's dodgy knee. [] lol.
  16. Sharon, rotten luck, but still funny [] You're haivng a bit of a nightmare just now. Shit happens, but remember - good things happen to good people so it will all come right in the end.
  17. Cal, they host a MotoGP race in Dubai too, and the track has some pretty interesting bits on it. Perfect for maximum hoonage.
  18. Peter it's actually quite Grim when you pass Harthill and all the way into Edinburgh. Very foggy. Apparently fife is too. Although the forecast is for that to be burnt off and for it to be an absolute scorcher this afternoon. So I've got some suntan lotion with me, given my ability to combust.
  19. GT2 you say col? That's a proper car.
  20. Start out slow and build up. Don't write cheques you can't cash.
  21. That was a Nascar Busch series race. No carbon fibre there, just massively strong steel tubed chassis. The barrier he hits is called I believe a "safer barrier" which is designed to brake up on impact to reduce the stopping force. He went through a few layers of that then hit the armco, which as you can see deformed also. Still a massive hit though.
  22. I was telling someone about that video just yesterday! We were talking about the flying aston martin which crashed at that very corner last month.
  23. There's a difference between not supporting England and actively supporting teams that are playing against them.
  24. Do the french and germans support each other? Nope. Why should I support England?
  25. But we don't play football as Great Britain.
