Malky, individual car pictures could prove to be a potential nightmare for the club to produce. A standard SIDC id card with space to write your own name/username will work. (even a space to add your own car pic???) If you or Andy could send me and example or two, I can send them to the relevant bods on the committee for their attention. (Dougster/Dougster will do!! )

They did invite us to their TRS run and we also have a good connection to Scottish Elises. It would help EVERYONE as this is THE best idea around the difficulty of meeting/introducing/remembering people I have seen.

The sti was from Halleys in Milngavie and Harvey Taylor (sales manager) kindly lent me it for a 24 hour test drive. I was at the dealership on SIDC business in the morning, more details to follow. (or ask swiggi for non-official party line!!! ) As for the jacket, I will wear what I like when I like. (I don't see SIDC meeting dress codes in the rules? ) I'm sure Bladerider had his scooby socks on which will make up for things!!! My girlfriend works for a HONDA dealer and funnily enough doesn't get FREE Subaru jackets. I wonder if Del would have turned me away if had actually turned up in the second option avaliable to me last night. A bright yellow HONDA JAZZ SE Sport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the process of doing this officially on behalf of the SIDC (as I told you last night swiggi!!!!) Harvey needs to speak with the owners and will get back to me via e-mail. Hopefully the dealership will take an advert in True Grip and we can look at other options from there.
