  1. BEST EXPERIENCE- Orginising and actually doing the RB Memorial Relay, meeting Alex Burns and John Reid. Or The May Run in 2005, or being able to share certain driving techniques with someone who was prepared to listen and learn, then watching him develope his own style. <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /> WORST EXPERIENCE- being ripped of by a "reputable" Tuning company about 5 years ago when I knew very little about forced induction tuning. And being ripped off by an importer many moons ago also. FUNNY EXPERIENCE-Taking advice from playsatan on how to launch at crail, launching at full tilt in the rain, sitting still with all 4 wheels spinning as satan dissapeared down the strip waving at me. Or when I was locked in racing mode with Gumball, and he had been doing very well all day, his car was standardish then, mine only had about 340/330, but he had matched me all day. on a hill I pulled out and utterly smoked him ouber aller der platz. Shocked he asked how I managed to sudenly muster the power? The look on his face when I told him I had been on low boost all day and flicked to high boost for a change was priceless.
  2. Jesus Christ, Im offline for 2 days and this nonsense appears. St3ph3n, go and sit in the corner of your garden for a couple of hours and take a good look at this tripe. Planting trees is not going to make one iota of difference to man destroying the planet. Every country on the planet could stop emissions tomorrow and the legacy that is left to future generations would still be the same, just like we live with the legacy of generations past. We have almost completely raped the planet dry of all natural resources and in the process aided the ulitimate demise of an already dying planet. Its human nature. Planting trees, touching goats and singing "Lord of the Dance" and "Kum Ba Ya" only administers a placibo to the guilt we are made to bear by tree huggers, purple clothes wearers and svincta yoadlers alike, and gives those who seek to be elected to assist in the ruining of our cultures and planet another sounding board to tax us on and lie about. I am going to fill my car with vmax and other goodstuff, light a cigarette, turn my heating up full, leave my telly on standbye and drive fast in the acid rain and do some left foot braking, leaving asbestos dust on the road. Why? Because It will make no difference to the outcome, and we will be dead when the planet dies in 2 million years anyway so who cares. Get a grip, And all you guilty parties who are now saying "I was only joking, I can manage a few pounds for a lovely oak tree..." Stop encouraging this shat, youll scare the children. 3. Captain Gaybar, hard at work as Shells Carpark attendant in Aberdeens Gay Quarter. Jobspec stipulates that a naked approach and homosexuality are essential factors. EDITED TO SAY " YOU CANNY PARK THERE!"
  4. Thats not bad. But are they 97000 easy or 97000 hard miles? Is it a UK or jap car is it an sti or wrx. Different types have different spec and the spec will tell you if the 97000 and 3 grand odd are worth it. Tell me what type it is ill tell you the spec and if its worth it. Cheers Callum W
  5. Fear not brethern, for I have the first pictures of Captain Fantastic and his close collegue, and as some would dare say, lover, Captain Rodfest.
  6. Sad to have missed this, However the mothership still scares me at high speed and the falcon is in 1000 bits, again. I saw Paul and a number of blue Newages as I returned home from Costco. Glad you all had good fun, maybe next time. Regards Callum W
  7. It was Alans car that inspired me, It really is a work of engineering marvel, true testimony to the man himself. Callum W
  8. The all Arms sword swallowing course, An absolute must for offshore work.
  9. Maybes aye, maybes naw. I havent done any work on the car since dastek. And I really need to get the chisel out and into the last of the soundproofing. The front struts need aligned. Ive already snapped a gucci selector fork on the 4th to 5th practicing for this sort of thing a. Becuase Im crap at it, and b. Because I have to throw gears at the car like its going out of fashion. I need to do the following as well. Plugs Oil New seats in New tyres Have the boost control valve wired to the PFC so that it controls the boost and not the Greddy EBC Remap So if Im there, Im there if im not im chiselling soundproofing. Callum W

  12. That car doesnt need a supercharger That car will tune to over 500 bhp, 500lbft no problem. A stock one will run sub 13s no problem with the correct rear diff. Dodge Charger hmmmmmmmmm hemi hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Good ol Boys hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
  13. Im sure you are all aware of the effort and love that has gone into building the Millenium Falcon over the past year. Well I have just found my dream car. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/98888.htm All it needs is the flag and the number 01. Im in love. 69 charger would have been better, but a 70 will do and its an RT 7.3 litre Hemi. I must have this car.
  14. Very well done to all concerned. JC, Satan and Craig. It wasnt that long ago Andy F brought the subaru 1/4 mile record back to Scotland with an 11.7 in his white classic. Theres alot to be said for UK gearing and the ability to drop your induction temp with CO2 after a long wait in the line.......another area to look at I think. There you are Wuz, I told you the SIDC revolving door was well oiled and awaiting your sharp return [] Glad everyone did as well as they did. Callum W
  15. Russell stop being a poofter. Oh drama, oh drama, high drama, held breath etc etc. You know these penises will only pick on someone else once you have gone. 19. hahahahahahahahahaha, The whiskey is still here, if anyone wants to swap feel free. Im happy with the whiskey, Peters meal deal is a great prize for someone else to enjoy. Callum W not Callum the Gun or Callum McCallum from Applecross
  20. So it does! Hmmm, thats peculiar. I never even looked at that just assumed 26psi was 1.6.Dho! Ah well. One ive had a tweek on the 26th and aligned the struts Ill go up to dastek again and see what it does.
  21. Here are my graphs, not very clear pictures but you can see where its all happening, and where the car was jumping. Gerry said the end results were not conclusive and alot more should have recorded, but I am happy with what they managed to get. Ill have the front struts aligned properly for upping the boost. However, not bad results for a 2 litre at 1.6bar [] I like how the car goes from @ 130bhp to 420bhp in about 700rpm. Interesting point about the flywheel to wheel horsepower conversion Colin. Moight be worth giving Gerry a ring on monday.
  22. Very good!! Thanks Grant. However Callum the Gun lives in the Oolu Callum McCallum lives in Applecross And Callum W gave you a shot of his car yesterday. You crazy fool.[]
