The V1 and few V2 stis that were hand built until production moved back to the FHI factory were supposed to be blueprinted, but having worked on a few of these cars the port matching that was supposed to have happened was merely a token effort, I could see it had been done but it was a very poor effort. The right angle bend on a TD05 makes not one ounce of difference to the power, they were converted to front entry simply so that later cars could be fitted with them. Callum W
