  3. I took it out in the wet today and on a hard start (not a launch) and up through the gears I struggled to keep traction in 1st, 2nd and 3rd, when I say struggled for grip I could slow right down in 2nd to about 10mph floor it and all 4 wheels spin up, I dont know what Bob did to my car but it is was more savage than it ever was in the past. I need to learn the car all over again now Oh well. Cheers Iain

  14. Have you done any invest into the fault yet? You may not need to remove the turbo. ie is there any other indication that the turbo has failed? Burning oil etc... If you still have the front cat fitted it is a known fault that if the front cat fails it can block the exhaust, it will allow the car to start and rev ok whilst stationary but will not allow boost to build. Have you looked at the watsegate? You will at least be able to feel the spring acting against you by pushing on the actuator rod towards the rear of the car. Cheers Iain
  15. I have 37 toes not including the big ones and my knees bend the other way, but thats ok cos I am spethial Cheers Iain
  16. Basically it is a sensor in the exhaust that the ECU watches to allow for correct air fuel ratio, if the sensor is faulty the mix can go rich or lean, in your case it looks like iy may have failed rich. This is not 100% certain but they can just fail fella there is no real reason to suspect anything big. Chers Iain
  17. Thirsty and hesitation could be the o2 sensor. Cheers Iain
