Hiya Folks, as some of you may know the last few years the club has had a stand at this show which raises money for charity - this year Tam and Brian have passed the organisers my name as contact to see if we'd be interested in attending - entry is free to exhibitors and entrants are requested to be on the show field from 10-4 If we're going to attend I need to have all details of possible entrants submitted by the 30th of April so would need to close the list by the 28th,29th at the latest. Matty I can confirm that I have indeed organised some very fine establishments for food stops on friday and saturday (place on saturday looks lovely) - sunday isnt long enough to justify a big stop though and theres no danger of you being able to keep up with a haggis even if they were free

with being patient and buying second hand or on special offers ive managed to only spend a ridiculous amount of money instead of an indecent amount lol best lesson regardless of cost or budget is to wait and buy the right parts regardless of price - having tried to buy cheaper versions of uprated brakes to save cash it ended up costing me a lot more in the long run with 2k on a newage sti I would blow the lot on serious brakes, harness and a set of ARB's 10k would be a md321 turbo and remap, AP brakes and KW suspension, set of harnesses and bin the seats, cards etc

Plan for Friday is as usual top secret Meeting point however is, drum roll please...... Crieff Visitor Centre - good big car park and restaraunt for a bite to eat before departure http://www.crieff.co.uk/# I would suggest meeting up at 11am for an early lunch and we WILL be departing at 12pm sharp THERE IS NO VPOWER IN CRIEFF - there is a gulf filling station so either bring octane booster or fill up before you arrive, nearest vpower is at Balhaldie Services just before you leave the A9 for Crieff Approximate mileage for the day is 155 miles and theres no vpower til we hit Inverness though there will be petrol stations

looking to get a list of those who are planning on doing the friday leg of the fling as its getting quite close now!!! so who's joining me on the run to Inverness???
