  3. If its black caliper then i think it's from a hatch back STi which has 114mm pcd discs....which is no good for you unless you have them drill to 100mm pcd
  4. You will need to find out if your wheels clears the brembe calipers first and if the brakes comes from a STI 8 then it'll bolt straight on to your UK300

  9. You're always off shore making money My heads had more cracks than the moon so had to get a new/used phase avcs heads built up by Chy with new oversized valves. Hunting for more power is truely addictive as you know. What spec are you on now for reference?

  11. Each and every builder has had issues of one or another. Best bet would be to speak to them all and to read between the lines. Engine Tuner 2.1 gets my vote for VFM. TBH i didn't have any issues with my block and if i was to do it again i might actually go for a long engine from Cossie. So as i said it really depends on your budget. Wuz....when do we get to see the Godzuki?

  19. On high boost your engine will twist the mount more if the mount is well worn...hence causing movement aroung hte engine and all the things bolted to it....its a known problem but really you need to get the car to a garage to have a look.

Chris...on the back road there is nothing in it between 350 and 500 but when ever the roads open up with a lengthy straight it will be bye bye from the bigger bhp car.But the smaller turbo car will accelerate out of the corners quicker! But in all honesty it is on track and strip where the 500 will excell.But and a big but is the 500 will be more of a hand full if it is not set up correctly. So you really can't have a 500 car and not have the brakes and chassis up grade to cope. Its an endless money pit when you are spend on power mods.LOL Just ask Braveheart

  22. Burgy car is a STI so there is no cat on the up pipe. But from ref the 2.5L STI do have a very sensitive overboost warning on the ecu...there is maybe like 0.1bar of given boost spike that can set the CEL on. Andy will be able to raise the figure but i think Andy set it like that for safety reasons. Peter

  25. Mark....i seriously apologise for dragging your thread totally out of context and have hearby removed or edited my posts as a tidy up. I do understand that the Rolling road day as a charity event and have raised a great deal of money from the event. Welldone to Matt for representing GTROC and having the highest power of the day Next year might be slightly different though.
