  7. << You caught AlanG trying to put 560 Lbs/ft down on a greasy track and keeping the toe in when it was going pear shaped. Grant >> If i'd known it was the Gee then I would have offered to eat the peanuts in his sh1t ! I love the chariot I thought it was a tad rapido ! Cheers Cal

  9. First off I'm v.busy at the moment so apologies to those who don't appear in here ( I was only at the pm session too) My battery also died when i was firewiring the footage to this PC so I have missed some more peeps. Secondly - my website URL has been passed round the bloody globe ( my fault initially) so don't be surprised if this site goes down when you lot nail it after me posting this..... Thirdly, if it does go down then I don't know when I'll get it back up as I'm off on business a few days this week. To those of you who PM'd me - I've not had time to reply but thanks for the info / messages. So enjoy 20 Mb KH video clip Scottie - your stealth Sti sounds mental !! Cheers Cal

  16. << Callum, I sell IT services for Computacenter. I know what margins we work with. If a guy from shell tells me they take 20p a litre then in my eyes, hes right until found out to be a bullshatter. My point is... for the clever clever people that seem to miss every clearly worded point i make. The government are crooks Rant over. >> If that the case then why not point out that the governments taxes are increases as a year on year percentage..... Like this >> I did not miss your point, I merely pointed out that fuel prices were higher as a consequence of the higher oil price. I don't disagree with why your hacked off and yes on occasion tax is badly spent but as you can see below, they hardly p1ss it away ! Pete - I don't doubt what you say either but some of these companies would never have gotten oil out of the ground without Shells experience......... And for the record I paid £1.09 for BP ultimate a while back so it ain't just Shell who are the bad boyz. And if you have a pension of any sort you'll ;likely find that it's linked to the oil price somewhere so there are plus points too
  17. the facts ............... Shell get nowhere near 23p ! It hacks me of when people say Shell make huge profits. Of course they do but they have massive amount of shareholders to please, have 100,000 staff globally and have been in the business for years. Do people moan like hell when Wallmart makes millions........ Blame acts of god, political unrest, high demand & the so called evolving tiger nations.....oh and big Gordie Brown
  18. I believe Marc ( Boyakasha may have a full set ) ?

  21. Hi Pete, I touch goats re fog covers - thanks
  22. I have this backbox and wasn't keen on it at first but now i positively LOVE it ! It's the original Scooby growl without the annoying drone at high revs - I can wholly recommend it !! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "That's it. The car with the ScoobySport on it has been elevated to status as "the best sounding car I've ever owned". It is different, I've heard some others on the Impreza... not nearly as loud as I thought though! Stage 1+ is on it (uppipe, downpipe and muffler) and you can still hold a normal conversation in the cabin on the highway... the road noise is still louder than the exhaust really. The sounds really come out when you start to drive the car in anger. What makes it different are all the different pitches and burbles that you get out of the car, especially when you're shifting." "...Its like the car has two personalities, under 3200 RPMs it is like a quiet, muscular, refined kind of sound. Over that, though, it changes completely in character - not obnoxious, just awesome! Upshifting from second to third at anywhere between 4-6000 RPMs is great when the revs drop... but the best of all is when you are engine braking before a corner, lets say from fourth down to third, going to around 4,500 RPMs - the car just absolutely snarls, like "yeah baby, bring it on". What a sound! I still turn off the CDs even after having it for 5000 miles..."
  23. Thanks Si I have treid them before but just need to take the plunge and buy em' ( or wein em' hopefully ) Cheers Cal
