All, Anyone got any neat links to Subaru pod casts ? I am just ripping a Nurburgring video to iPOD format for use on my 30GB video. There are some tremendous ones in here http://www.drivingsportsvideo.com/. Pikes Peak & Rally reviews in there [H] CGS

I bought Puma Speed Cats off Ebay for £35 and they do a smashin' joab RRP is £70 Unless you want Sparco or OMP ones they are more than adequate and you can really feel the pedals with them. Ace for heel n' toe action [6] Cal

Anyone had a Dump Valve and then removed it later ?

Yes I do believe I stored that piece of info from the bearded one himself. I fancy a CAI for the noise alone though. Wilky's used to sound immense on one of our border runs last year Rgds Calum -
need some advice re replacing centre section of exhaust
~ ~ Cal ~~ replied to mctwistuk's topic in Scottish Scoobies
Agree with Gus :- do the decat link pipe & get an unsilenced centre section :- small power gains and nice growl too... I had that before with a Prodrive WR back box and it was nice and deep yer refined on the motorway @ 80 mph. CGS -

Hey Rusky, I thought I could catch you before you left but failed miserably ! Was wrestling with the IC last night until I remembered your cup of hot water trick for 10 minutes []. Hope the travelling was not too bad ! So the DV is back on []...........I liked the refinement but it felt too tame. Having sat behind Jools en route to Aviemore for an hour was torture. His Turbo XS was clearly audible despite his monster exhaust. So thanks for the input folks. I quite fancy an induction kit but i understand that may not bring huge benefits to my car in it's current state of tune. I also believe I would ideally need remapped again for air flow scaling etc if I installed a induction kit. Cheers Cal -
Folks, What an immense day ..........gutted I could not go further then Inverness but hey-ho. Many thanks to Callum and the RO's for their hardwork. Aviemore was a royal hoot with Scoobies going round in circles everywhere Followed Jools and managed to keep up despite being 100 bhp shy of him. Natalie was cackin' herself as we slid sideways a few times. The new brake set up worked damn well but eventually faded a tad towards Dufftoun... Anyway - there are 87 piccies in here. http://calum-shand.fotopic.net/ If anyone wants any removed them PM me and I will oblige. There are a few of the SIDC juniors in here so if any of the Dads wish them removed then again please holler. Never got my video camcorder set up in time which is a bummer but never mind Cheers Cal

Tis' a finite resource which we must pay a premium for these days unfortunately ( by the way yer decimal point went walkee's) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/3708951.stm http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/002...1933C4F058B.htm I agree it's gettin very pricey but you cannot point the finger solely at the Oil Companies who invest the majority of their profits back into finding more oil for you to drive. Their shareholders get most of the profits anyway..........Tony & Gordie need to reduce their tax if they wish to please the British drivers -- simple as that --. ***************************************************************************************** Anyway, back on topic.......... 2hrs till the ABZ squadron file out and the sun is shining [H] Stay safe chaps CGS
