  2. yer a bunch of fud's []
  3. Just got the standard size and they are more than adequate for hard braking. Unless your giving it more than 12 laps @ KH I would stick with the smaller ones. Only had mild fad on them chasing JAC's 380 bhp ( AP 6 pot equipped !) STi en-route to Aviemore. That was the first REAL caning they had other than KH. I love em'..............dust aint too bad and the noise has all but gone now CGS
  4. DS2500's for me...... Only ever had them fade after chasing JAC en-route to Aviemore I have Godspeed grooved discs and Goodrich braided lines too She STOPS like a good un' now and performance @ KH was remarkable in comparison to the standard jobbies. Thanks to Unlce WUZ who fitted them a while back Cal
  5. Here's another clip from an old flame of mine that will give you a chuckle ! http://www.shand-online.co.uk/index_files/...n%20a%20CTR.wmv This can was TOO LOUD but addictive [6] Cal
  6. Tell yer wife that she should listen to this one then ............. http://www.shand-online.co.uk/index_files/...orst%20Note.wmv ( Grants old side exit) And now for my all time favourite...............Jools's STi titanium can @ full chat http://www.shand-online.co.uk/index_files/...at%20Alford.wmv Sublime exhaust note Cal
  7. Here's mine - ignore the launch - not a big fan of side stepping the clutch Scooby Sport classic BB with straight thru' system mated to a TSL thundercat http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=88...q=hayward+scott [H] Cal
  8. I looked forward to reading it but it never exactly blew me away...... How hard can it be to coordinate a few articles ( usually half produced by the cars owners anyway) and sling a few ad's in. I'm not so daft as to discount the issues surrounding printing, distribution, threshold sales etc but it cannot be that tricky to keep their customers happy Let's hope they keep afloat even if it's just to read Andy F's articles Cal
  9. anyone had a mag recently ? I am loosing faith in this mob but will hang in there to support them in the meantime ! CGS
  10. Me like...........a lot ! Many an STi will be scalped at KH with that wee package ! When are you off to Andy F and will you be hitting a RR outfit for dyno read outs afterwards ? Bastid ! CGS
  11. Sorry to hear that you are selling your whip ......... My car is my hobby and life is for living IMHO ........ it used to skin me £600 a month but I saw it as a Leisure Mortgage so did not bat an eyelid. It's now paid off though which is nice. W.r.t fuel, tyres, insurance etc - I actually would rather spend my money on my car these days as I ain't clubbin' 8 times a month like days of auld. I can now get loans of 3% APR from my work so toying with the idea of a new Scooby but my fiance wants a VW Golf ( boring I know) so that my come first. In the meantime I am on a quest to get more ponies and still enjoying the scene in here.Once my wedding & honeymoon are oot the road I'll be modding like a mo-fo. As for fuel comsumption........never concerned about petrol prices and never calculate MPG. Maybe a poor attitude but I cannot resist driving swiftly when able to do so see no need to keep any eye on fuel bills. Moan the Scoobs !
  12. Welcome my good man ( when he joins up !) That 'rex reminds me of my car when i first got it as it was exactly the same (inc. Morettes) Ladbrokes has bets on 5:1 that he'll mod it within 4 weeks [] Hope he enjoys it CGS
  13. Grant - I know you are desperate for cash for a new GTR but putting Imy into the house is sheer desperation ! I jest of course but holy shingus does that chick Lisa remind me of Imy ! Cal

  21. At the risk of sounding like a schmuck on wheels........who are these fine specimens ? Good jpeg none the less but it wont be long before a caption comes along Nice one [] CGS
  22. I have the same ones but with electric opening []. The fiances side is manual though and though door is nicely fitted and the lock seems very sturdy. Getting installed & aligned properly is the key. The 10 year warranty is fairly reassuring though There are a few kits on Ebay too Good luck with the hunt. I really need to get round to painting my walls and floors with some of the rubbery durable stuff. Cal
