I changed mine in my work car park at night, in the cold with a stonking hangover. Took just over an hour to do.
It is easy to do, though I recomend better working conditions than the ones quoted above
well I'm keeping the BHP sticker on my car as to me its a sign of quality workmanship.
I've been out of the scene for a year or so now so don't know what has happened. All I can say is Russ is a good guy and I'm more than happy with the level of work he has done to my car. I hope you don't shut up shop but do what you have to do bud, if its not worth it any more its not worth it.
Keep on trucking big guy!

Afternoon all
Thinking about swapping my V4 Type R in for a Nissan 350Z. Anyone on here had much experience with them or know what they're like to live with.
Cheers
Impresive spec and time for a FWD car. Glad its not a trailer queen.
I've ran a 12.8 and the car is near standard. What I meant was in comparison to what else is running such times I'm surprised that time one. Most of the top car 1/4 cars are our side of the boarder, thought one of them might have run with a time of 10.?? winning it. Might even have seen a 9 second pass.
Hey Guys
Keeping my Subaru in storage for the forseable future, untill a buyer comes along or I decide that I will keep it and tune it up. What I want to know is there any extra work involved for keeping her in storage. Car is in a large garage with good ventilation. I'm thinking stick it on a trickle charger and put some old steel wheels on her so the Toyos don't get warped with the weight. Is there anything else I need to do?
Cheers
