  4. if it is an import they have the auto facility. If a UK car then you get a warning light when you need to press the button. classic imports dont have auto - i need to manually push the I/C spray button edit to add that this is the 1st winter I've had the RA - not planning to do anything to the water in the bottle [8-)]
  5. Done [] fingers crossed Colin gets the break that he needs
  6. over the summer months we went for a run now that its cold, dark & wet we tend to hang about, grab some food and have a blether. Do a search to see what we got up to in past runs []
  7. mibbe Alan just wants to know?! []
  8. LoL wonders will never cease...... squirrel faster than stephen on the computer []
  9. nice one [Y] The hardest part is speaking to Raigmore and setting a date and format. Once that's in place, things should pick up and get momentum. Let me know if you have any questions
  10. Tracker's admin and financial systems are hopeless IMO They went through a phase of sending me letters saying "we acknowledge your request to cancel your subscription". I phoned them the next day to ask what they were on about as I hadnt cancelled it, only to get a girly giggle from the operator saying that their computer systems were on the blink, I was the 9th customer to call and I could disregard that letter [8o|] [8-)] It doesnt entirely fill me with confidence and now everytime I call them I ask for a direct dial number and the name of the operator I spoke to.
  11. hello! [] [au] the next Gla meet is on Thursday 7th December at the Brewers Fayre in Hillington at 1930. its going to be a busy weekend, as Peter's meal is on the next day and we've got the Santa Cruise on Sunday.

  15. Superb St3ph3n. Thanks a lot for that, actually Imy, I saw you smiling at wee Hollie on the pit wall as we watched the cars, next time I'll introduce us all. ..... Hi Alan, I spotted her - she looked like she was having fun and was happy gurgling away on top of the pit wall whilst cars were screaming past LoL I wouldnt have looked that pic today tho', I had about 5 layers + hat, scarf and gloves on []
  16. good day but it was mighty windy and wet [] even with 5 layers on I could still feel the cold Alan, that was Peter (FAI17) that was out in Jools car - not me LoL I'm female btw [] edit to add well done JohnS for organising another good track day [Y] pax lap donations were split 3 ways (Gla, Edn and Central) - allyb, i've got Glasgow's share.

  20. the food that is served in your local chinese restaurant/takeaway is different from the food served in Hong Kong and the middle east.
  21. Signed in as Imy.....ooops but thats Mozilla for you I was only about 12 at the time but it was the event that kindled my interest in rallying Grant
  22. Ken, Loon Fung is still open as far as I'm aware. Other places in Glasgow that serve "traditional" Hong Kong chinese food include: "Zen" at Charing Cross (515 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G3 7PQ 0141 222 2302) which just up the road from Loon Fung and was formerly called Mayflower or the "ChinaTown" restaurant (42-46 New City Rd,Glasgow, G4 9JT 0141 353 0037) - next to the ChinaTown shopping mall near Cowcaddens. doorman, I doubt that Ken's inlaws will appreciate Peter's food in the same way as you guys (no offence Peter []) []
  23. thats cool bet there are no arguments when its bed time []
