  1. i just checked on ebay from where i got these and there sold as unequal lengh but looking at the pic above i would say when you straighten the pipes out they could be equal its a japspeed exhaust
  2. lol :censored: :censored: ive just noticed they are equal. never noticed that before .i thought the n/s ones went straight in but they dont............ :censored: right will have to see about puting the standard one back on and do likde lewis said and get a trick up pipe
  3. not sure what type/make. but hey are un equal length so not sure why it lost the burble chris. ive not lost power having the 4 branch , only when i put the 2 piece 2 silencer system i lost a bit of top end power. yet the striaght thru 1 silence is fine. and wha kind of price would that set me back lewis as like the sound of that with the standard manifold lewis. also is there much benifit between the stainless 4 branch and the standard?
  4. ah spot on chris. will still come down then lol
  5. keep us posted then as was going to come down to the riverside do this time
  6. after putting a new 4 branch stainless manifold on last year ive lost the classic burble. i have a straight cut 3in stainless one pice exhust and change it fo. r a two piece with the front bullit in line silencer on but tho it made it quieter i seem to have lost a bit of power like its strangling it a bit but still no burble. has anyone come across this when fitting 4 branch manifolds? below is a pic of the manifold . i miss the burble but am also wondering if when i get it mapped it might make a difference as the ecu will be matched to the flow. it was a standard manifold on before.
  7. :censored: am fkn working in the morning now but should be up by one?
  8. it has been a good meet the last few we gone to lewis tho im not totally sure what this one is this weekend. last one we could have gone on the track but no one knew so we did not have helmets. im taking mine this time , just in case

  12. what day is boyndie set for dave?
  13. i still have my helmet and this one is only about 2 yr old
  14. this a good one bry as i was looking at a sidc knockhill track day too. what do you need to take ? helmet and what else?. ive done rallying years ago, karting and stock cars but never done a track day. what does it cost? fuel wise do you need jerry cans to top up so your not driving with a full tank? is it worth taking spare wheels and tires for the track? excuse my ignorance
  15. heard that its someone from buckie called scot. got a wobble on then lost it and slid off the road
  16. :rotfl: :rotfl:

  20. looking good bry.
  21. sure dave will keep us in the loop lol. any day is best for me too
  22. i had done that before and andy quoted me £650. i cant really justify that for the extra 50 horse im needing . which is why i thought of a apexi for around 300 then 60 to map it. im sitting at 300 brake now so 350 will be fine as dont want the hassle of uprateing engine, gearbox and diffs to cope with the extra
  23. spot on phill. i will have a look into that. not sure what the ecu i have is but i know when i put in the z4 i lost power. will have a look the morn to see what it is and then find out whats the next code ecu up from it
  24. cheers dave, lewis phill and bryan. i did dissconnect it after fuel starve. its still running the standard pump lewis. i did have the 255 in for a while a few months back but it didnt like it. so took it back out till i got a remap. did not think fpr would need mapped in but looks like i will have to wait till i got a mappable ecu then install the yello 440s, fpr and walbro then take a canny run in to get it mapped. when fpr was connected it was sitting at about 48psi on the standard pump. again cheers folks for the info.
