  4. It still sounds like steering to me still, maybe a bit of play somewhere in the system? It is an odd one indeed.
  5. Anyone want to go up in convoy from here? Maybe meet at Exeter services at 6 ready for a 6.15 take off, all fuelled up and ready to go?

  8. Thanks all, it went well and 5 weeks on still smiling
  9. Anyone with the Hunter system will be good for you
  10. Ok the autumn is nearly on us and most of the shows will be over and normal monthly drive outs will resume. I would like a few ideas of where you guys would like to drive to? I am based in South Devon so can go in any direction really except South!! My thoughts are to go somewhere centralish - maybe around the Tiverton drection BUT it is up to you guys to give some ideas. A date will also need to be set but I would prefer to do these things on a Sunday. Next is whether you guys would like a regular evening meet for food and a chinwag somewhere? Start adding your ideas asap please!! Cheers Terry
  11. Wilky, I could do with geometry set up figures for a standard ride height hawkeye if you have them, not the Subaru figures but a decent set for good handling.
  12. The downpipe, fuel pump and remap will go a long way to getting you sorted. Brakes are a real necessity, if you can upgrade the calipers it would help. A good airfilter will help. I am running 360bhp on a 2.5" exhaust system, that may be a cheaper option for you. Your standard TMIC should be good for at least 350bhp. Not sure about the pinks as mine are bigger than yours as standard so I have not changed those. Cold air is good but not necessary imo. If you are not looking for massive power then that should do you.
  13. I like that idea!!
  14. That would be good, a long way to travel though!!!
  15. Reckon so, lol
  16. I use the Meguires stuff, but I should think they are all much of a muchness.
  17. July 7th, BBC Devon car meet on the Hoe at Plymouth, I will be putting this up as an event soon!!
  18. Hawk, it is newer and more aerodynamic. Why do you not fit in a Hawk Muffinman? The insides are the same basically. Unless you get a JDM designed for skinny little Jap people.
  19. Possibly warped discs for the braking vibration?
  20. Then there are the guys with the 2.0s which have failed too!! Looks like my old Prodrive back box to me. Nice to see another Hawkeye on here
  21. Do not think I have ever washed mine
  22. If you want to get involved please pm me as I am with the people organising this.
  23. Hi James welcome to our area. I try to run monthly drive outs. I also have weekly meets in the Torbay Newton Abbot area. If you are interested pm me and I will give you my number and we can meet up. Weekly meets are on a Thursday and we get 15 - 20 cars. Cheers, Terry
