So... will fill yeez in on a bit of a saga which is now all cleared up. Through the winter, I thought I noticed some knocking from the suspension when going slow and then I really noticed it reversing on full lock. Got it checked out during my first service and sure enough there was a reported problem with the suspension (why no recall from IM group)? Anyway took a while to get the new parts so I was getting frustrated but Autoecosse made up for the delay by giving my car a real good valet - it was literally showroom condition with blacked up wheels and everything, so thanks guys Great to have the red dragon back in time for summer Anyhoo - was just having a wee skive at work and checking out youtube about the CS400 - and found this great wee video with Subaru Rally Team's Mark Higgins... if anyone doubts the acceleration on this car, check out the final minute of the video: CS400 with Mark Higgins

How easy are those window shade thingies to install?

I was told by a maserati/ferrari technician that one of the biggest problems was fuel deteriorating on summer use cars - and to make sure the fuel tank is emptied prior to leaving it sitting. There's my tuppence worth

For any existing GoPro owners... here's a wee story of how I got a 2nd gopro free. I was doing a firmware update after having no used my Hero II in months. I'd plugged it into a USB 3.0 socket on computer without knowing that could be a problem and it hung during the update and f**ked it. Contacted GoPro cos I had 3 weeks left on warranty. They gave me some troubleshooting tips to try and took my name and address to start the ball rolling for a warranty repair or replace. The tips didn't work - but I spend aboot 5 hours on a Saturday night trying various other things similar to gopro's ideas, eventually got the camera talking to my computer and it took the update. In the meantime Gopro had sent a returns form. I mailed gopro and said thanks for the help but my camera was now working and no need to return it. About 4 weeks later - a new gopro camera dropped through my door telling me it was my warranty replacement. WOOOO! So now I have 2 gopro's - although still gotta buy a hard case and battery for the replacement. Worth a try maybe

Found a wee link to a section of the Subaru America website called Drive Performance today - seems like some pretty good articles in the magazine (ye can sign up by making up a fake American address and just receive an email subscription by the looks of it). Also some snazzy desktop wallpapers and Facebook cover photos that might float yer boat. I've got links to Subaru USA on Facebook and Twitter and they've always got great campaigns and marketing. IM Group seem intent on running the Subaru brand into the ground in the UK by alienating the people they should be engaging - just my opinion.
