soundmaster have good prices but if ure fitting the speakers ureself and using spacers/pods from them then make sure they fit as they tried to spam me off with a set for my hawkeye,which i had already tried from a shop in ayr, i told them they wouldnt fit but he assured me they would. then when i tried to fit them outside they pods didnt even line up , guy checked and agreed then wanted to drill ma door etc, told him no way,then told me i must have an import just because there pods wouldnt fit??

ive used ian and bob5 both on snet but depends how quick u want to stop,ive a hawkeye wrx and when i had mt 4pots on i had the braketech discs and mintex 1155 pads and it stopped no prob. now i fitted brembos 3wks ago with new discs and kevlar pads from ian and they are also good but i find the kevlar pads are just like standard pads so ive now bought performance friction pads to c if they help stop quicker which ive been told it should,if not the 4pots are going back on

i changed my headunit in my hawkeye for another Kenwood DPX502U. makes a good difference but be warned when doin the speakers, as they are silly sizes in the hawks, i bought spacers from america for mine as the usual autoleads dont fit,unless u want to drill new holes in the door which i didnt, i took mine to soundmaster in barrhead and had to argue with the guy as he didnt believe me when i told him they didnt fit then he tried to tell me i must have an import which i dont,then he found out autoleads havent made any for the hawkeye yet lol http://www.car-speaker-adapters.com/items.php?id=SAK026 ive heard that Corsa 3 spacers are straight fit and u can get them from halfords around £15 hth cheers tom
