  1. ive a hawkeye wrx and had the dreaded knocking shock just b4 it ran out of warranty, had done 30k on the original set so subaru replaced them but when they do go again it will be some coilovers thats goin on.
  2. i was siting at traffic lights a few wks ago when this car pulled up next to me,. 2 older ladies and there grandson about 7yrs old , his eyes nearly popped out his head when he turned round to see ma scooby next to him, he started screaming and shouting, "gran that cars much better than ures".

  5. there are some early hawkeyes that beat the 400 quid a yr tax .
  6. i think it will sell no probs as long as its only slightly modded as a heavily modded car aint to everones taste but a lighlty modded one is easier to put ure own stamp on it,

  10. i have a set of sti8 alloys in my hut u can use if u need them, they have tyres on so u would need to swap them over, i have tried to phone the number but get transfered to answer machine everytime, my number is 0 7 9 7 0 4 2 5 3 8 2 cheers tom
  11. or try performance creations on ebay, they are the same as the scoobyworld flaps at 57 quid but every so often the start at 35 quid, i have them on my hawkeye and have no probs with them,

  15. totally agree on the ebc pads however if u look on snet they have gave away approx 80 sets as these have new compound etc so basically no bedding in time required, seem to be getting some good feedback so far
  16. i had mintex in mine and they were good, tried kevlar pads,to much like the oem set up so not for me, currently trying out the new bluestuff pads i recieved from ebc for free, they seem to be good so far,quiet in and around town/slow speeds but seem to handle a spirited drive no no brake fade so far, after these im going on to pf pads as i hear these are a great pad
