i must be one of the lucky ones dicko333, i have a bug eye wrx witch was registered in 2001, but the month it was first registered is the 1'st of Feb 2001 not march 2001 so i pay £185 for the year. so they are out there somewhere. check my profile for some pics......

hello mate i got a ninja 2 cat-back system from scoobyworld for my bugeye wrx, gives off a nice deep rumble on tick over and when driving in the low revs, but put the foot down and it gives off a loud roar that cant help but put a smile on you face every time. i cant recommend scoobyworld enough i ordered the parts on a Monday morning and by Wednesday that same week it was fitted to the car. hope this helps and good luck with your search

scoobnutter replied to RS-Ross's topic in General Subaru Discussion
i have a 2001 bugeye,so far i have dodged the tax it was registered in feb 2001 and as far as i know i will be paying 200£ a year. as for miles per gallon it depends on how you drive it. as for reliability iv had my wrx for just over a year now and it has never let me down, hope this helps and good luck with your search -
hello to all at scoobyworld, i would just like to say that your service is second to non, i ordered my cat-back system with the ninja 2 backbox on Monday morning and by wednesday that same week it was fitted to my car, unbelievable speed and excellent communication.. i will definitely be dealing with you guys again.

-
i agree with you 100% i had a service there in february, and all tho i didn't get a ride in the new STI (lucky so and so) the service and workmanship is excellent, and with discount on parts and labour you cant go wrong
-
sorry for the late reply guys my cousin is away for the weekend so as soon as he gets back we can have a good look at the car and ill get back to you.
-
my cousin has a whine coming from his engine, its a wrx bugeye its there when he accelerates and its there when he revs the engine is this the first signs of the turbo on its way out, any advice would be greatfull.
-
hello and welcome mate
-
well i got the bearings changed front and rear drivers side and that whining was still there so i started to look through the receipts from the previous owner to see if there was any thing there to give me a clue as to what was making the noise when i came across a receipt for two tyres that he had put on just a week before he sold me the car, when i looked at the price they cost £35 per tyre that includes fitting, so i got four new pirelli's on her and its like a new car and no more whining

nice review, and an even nicer car....enjoy mate
