Doubt ill be getting Just paid £400 road tax and booked the car into Dunk at Hypertech to get the timing belt, bearings, and tensioner done. Along with a new rack end and alignment. So no more pennies at the moment. Safety first

Got word back from the DVLA today after asking about my road tax. Basically because the car was imported and registered in the UK after 23/03/06, its classed in the highest tax bracket, regardless of the car being a 52 plate. Pretty pish if you ask me!!

Just got my road tax renewal through. £400!!! I have a 52 plate sti spec c. My car was first registered in december 2002, but was imported in december 2007. Looking at the DVLA website it says band G (below), for cars registered on or after 23/03/06 its £400 for the year. Is my car classed in this Band just because it was first registered in the UK after 23/03/06 ???? Because looking at the banding i would have thought mine falls in band F. Even though the co2 emissions are 325 according to my logbook. ANY IDEAS????? Called JB coachworks thismorning and taking it up to them on wednesday for a quote. So all is good!!

Looking for a good body shop near glasgow area. Spent all day polishing the car then a bus decided to scrape right up the back bumper. Got off lightly to tell you the truth. Only the bumper got it compaired to the whole side of the bus. There is one on south street that i used when i had a punto gt. Cant remember the name of it all the same. Mr tint did a good job of my mates evo for £110 for the rear window, rear doors and sun strip. Pentagon always do a good job but you will pay through the nose for it.
