Looking good boss Where did you obtain the 80mm trumpet from? Look a neat solution to a good idea
-
It does sound like something has went belly up in a big way Very hard to conclude what has happened without looking at the car Holed piston due to MAF failure and the crankcase pressurising rapidly, blowing out the crankcase ventilation and spraying hot oil all over the hot turbo . 6 foot flame would come from the air accounted for by the MAF not being present anymore due to blown off hose and the excessfuel hitting a red hot cylinder. All very viable but until the car is viewed/disected all will be speculation

Is your man still getting the good stuff reasonably priced? Imy's and my car are due a change soon

Looks like everything is there, though you will need some vacuum/boost pipe to go from the solenoid to wastegate and solenoid to output nipple Also take a photo of the back of the unit, i want to see if there is a nipple there or not

Go for a JDM STI 3, 4, 5 or 6 and make it a STI RA version if you can, preferably a V-Limited or Limited. Spend the money saved on proper upgrades that will shoot your spleen out your rectal cavity The 8, 9 and 10 is a tad lardy, IMHO, as a starting point {although that does not matter when your belly is as large as a Sailors and your boots are like Krusty the Klowns} and will need some extra ponies to overcome it weight advantage You need something like this to beat AndyF's classic

Hahahahahahahaha Best car in the last 30 years is a Grp A Impreza in full tarmac trim with Colin McRae in the drivers seat. http://www.car-videos.net/download1/imprez.../555-rally2.mov For old school it has to be the Lancia S4 http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=...amp;q=lancia+s4 http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=...amp;q=lancia+s4

Instead of detremental (sp) pashed....oops, wingin and snide little girlie comments from keyboard warriors, Get off yer ar5es, do something constructive, contribute something worth while, instead of your 9 year old " oooh ftp and i was this i was that cr4p" Stand up, be part of this great communitee(sp) pashed...hic[+o(] dont really give a fek aboot ma spellin, Do something that you can be proud of, The furry one arranges the runs, at his own expense, and it is enjoyed and appriciated by all WHO TAKE PART, So fekin what if the forum layout in some ppls minds is pash, get over it, we are one, there are no boundaries, we are a unit that stands together regardless of the colour of your team scarf, we have one common interest...... Enjoying being part of the best subaru communitee (sp) again tuff! The craic is first class, there is a certain anamosity between people and there choice of tuners etc, but at the end of the day we are all one and all help where required. Some are better than others each have there own opinions, but hey we all share a common thing the good old flat 4 Scoo0b How foooked do you think i am............... Maybe one day we will arrange a meet for the wee pub across the road from your flat. Then maybe you would come across or at least lift the travel rug from your knee to get a good view of all the cars that turn out for a Glasgow meet or would that interfere with your bridge club on a Thurs. Might be a "Greyed" out Squirrel but i still help arrange runs in the country, recced out my own pocket, and participate in raising a sh1t load of money for the local childrens hospital for the past 3 years, scare the hell out of new members at meets/events by being a loud annoying person but it seems to work as they remember who the 6ft streak of p1ss was, attend a many meets/events as i can and now practice Islam. I stopped being a member cause i had a disagreement with a group of members, this group have now left the forum with the exceptions of a few runts left behind i am now willing to renew my membership on a yearly basis and will do so at the end of Jan. Thanks for your concern, now take the rest of the day off you have earned it This club is going form strength to strength and this is through the dedication and commitment of a few hardcore nutters, members and non-members, that come up with the ideas to push the club forward in a positive exposure. More Northern Lights vicer? Most of the areas in Scotland are showing a healthy attendance at the regional meets with a good social atmosphere and newbies reporting back that they felt welcomed by the other members. The next step is too break down the imaginary glass wall seperating North and South and first step was planned tonight with a mass invasion of Scoobs heading for Alford this year for the National Day and really making it a National Day worthy of the name National Day. Me personally, i am gonna one day doddle my ass north for a meet but it will probably be in the works van as i am tight as fook If you drop your pants and trousers in front of a gay man, the temptation for him to dry ride you becomes too much for him to control

R Right you heard the boss Now settle in the cheap seats and dont rattle your Wurther's Original wrapper too loudly

[Y] wow luv the fist pic that must be a quick car, i stay across the water from faslane and bro in-law works there too so if u need a de-tour of glasgow gimme a shout after the others [] Give him a tour of Gibshill with it stunning views across to Faslane. Member of nasioc myself, excellent place for advice

Hello there and welcome to our loony bin Last year we entertained a couple from Washington DC with a cocophony of Scoobs heading round the Pentland hills Faslane is not that far from Glasgow so i am sure we can get a few cars together and Faslane is also damn close to some excellent bits of tarmac. We have some top spec cars close by like a 600bhp UK Very High Spec Classic, 420lbs/ft Classic WRC spec STI RA piloted by ex-sniper, WRC bodied New Age piloted by a Jesus lookielike and a couple of 2.2 and 2.3 cars running decent spec and nice turbos. We have practical load luggers and JDM cars by the dozen including some rare early models So depending how you like your Scooby, we can cater for your taste except if Flamer Kits and Neons are your thing then you got the wrong forum. If you Kahuna's are large enough then we might persuade Wilky to let you sit in with him up the Loch Long road

They went quick, thank god i got an early one.....tee hee

The traffic dropping thing is one man's opinion and, sorry Squizzel, but unproven - though it wouldn't suprise me if it was the case as the online list seems to consistenly show less people online than pre-upgrade. The only people who know what traffic is doing are the Admins. Either way - we must remember the people behind the site are volunteers. I've been more than vocal myself in the past [:$] but it is the festive season so cut them some slack. It was just a feeling i had but it turned out to be a tight stool sample My Bad!!!!!
