  1. Compared with the Yellow one i would regard the Blue car as very sensible and Imy's RA is now regarded as Lexus like with its s****y heating and radio

  3. All opinions good or bad gratefully recieved Do not care what anyone thinks as it makes me smile and thats what matters.
  4. Correct it runs across the spare wheel well Cage is a Safety 21 bolt in cage that has had its connections welded and extra bars put on. Tidy wee WRC style plates connect the cage to the chassis at various points throughout the shell. Certainly feels a lot stiffer than the blue car

  12. I know this is hard to believe but i have not given her any grief yet. Want to wait till Andy checks her over and also my foot keeps catching the fuse box cover during gear changes Once Andy does his stuff and i sort the fuse box cover a full and frank assesment of the above turbo will be made but keep in mind that this turbo has been in the car since 98 in Japan, so health of turbo is unknown and she is running without a DV just now Dyno graph shows 349bhp at 6500rpm and torque peaking and stable at 3800rpm. Feels responsive nough and is always rying to push on with the slightest peddle movement
  13. Transferred my policy from the Blue car to this car Dayinsure declined as it was a miodified car but thanks for the suggestion

  18. Still got a silly grin slapped across my face Gave my 72 yo Daddy a shot over the Ind Est and he chortled like a 10yo at the ooomph, he was shifting up at 2500 Clutch is multiplate and not paddle, got used to it quite quickly. Pleasant to drive despite the lack of basic human comforts Just had to come home via the Clyde Tunnel, niiiiiiccccceee Will post pics once i transfer them from my phone
  19. Phoned Gav at Evoloution and opted for the Concept 650 with Callguard* Callguard, a wireless device seperate from the main alarm brain that will text the owner if car is disturbed. The owner can then shut down the cars fuel pump via mobile phone or check various other sensors on the car. The Callguard thing swung it for me especially in this age of nicking your key to take the car Thanks all

  23. Just dont fancy its first journey to be a doddle up the Motorway and over the Kingston Bridge Would rather get used to the clutch away from the Kingston Bridge The guy that took Colin's cars to Warwick last year is seeing if can help but still looking at options
  24. Terrified by that image 78rpm surely a misprint, Motorhead would sound like Barry White at that speed and big Bazza aint gonna help clear that image
