  1. Version 3 for me but with your modding addiction a good 5 or 6 would be better suited to the task that you will no doubt choose to do
  2. Pick it up next week Just trying to figure out the best way to get her home
  3. Looks mean as fook 3 thumbs up from me
  4. Those Red boots were humungous and extremely striking The Blue ones on the big chap would be mistaken from space for SWRT starting back up testing thier new hospitality set up in Edi/Lanarkshire
  5. Harsh big chap Though at times drivng a Yellow Impreza with a paddle clutch i probably will be feeling like a big fud when i stall it for the umpteenth time
  6. Thanks Will PM Paddy also as the car used to be serviced at AWD when Matt had it
  7. Liking the L555ABT Nice find mate
  8. Or does anyone know what the name of his blind company in the Stirling area Used to own my Blue car before me Cheers
  9. I think it will look good in the hall of Imys flat. Joking dear Could do alot of damage with an off at Knockers but we will see how it feels and how scared/confident i am driving it. Grant, this car is the next natural step for me after the Bomber. I was about to spend a couple of grand on the suspension and enjoy that. When this came up with all the same bits as mine and then some plus it had the suspension upgrades in place that i was planning for the Blue car so it was a no brainer that this was ideal.
  10. There is L555BAA L555BAE L555BAF L555BAH L555BAJ L555BAK L555BAO L555BAU L555BAV L555BAX All priced at £245 BAU is my candidate with it being the closest to BAT
  11. Thought all you guys had snaffled them up, well all the good ones anyway Johnny, Spec is similar to Japan but improved. I think the car has 380's in it and not the 550's as mentioned in the Beast DVD. It was running a HKS F-Con V ECU in Japan, had rock solid Trial Quantum Coilovers and the interior was not as tidy as it is just now. The previous owner spent the money in the right places to ring her up to scratch, probably find one or two more things to do when it comes up the road but still looking forward to it arriving net week
  12. What fuel did you map her for? Cant expect thier are too many stations around NS with V Power
  13. Just hope it does NOT snow when we go down to pick up THE FAT BANANA as i dont fancy traveling down the M6 sideways.
  14. Equal and Wrapped but as yet of unknown make Will investigate make when i get it home
  15. Still have to pinch myself occasionally to make sure that it is really going to belong to me
  16. Will tidy her up and take it from there Breaking the Blue one is a possibility if no one wants to buy her complete
  17. The man with the sluttiest bodywork known to Subaru is calling me a pervert, now thats rich Blue car is going to be sold or donated to medical science
  18. She was up for sale about a year ago for 12k and now thanks to the super supportive super fantastic Imy and the AA Car Finance dept i managed to get her for a more suitable price that was within my budget I had always wanted a V3 Yellow Type R and when i knew this one was available then it acted swiftly to secure it Video from (cough) Max Power (cough) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0lN7jy9e0g Rear wings are 22b plus lower bodykit, front wings are blended GRP and original Type R wings but unfortunatly there is some minor ripplin where it joins the metal. Considering the wings were put on the car 11 years ago in 1998 the rippling is not as bad as expected Cant sleep due to Red Bull overload
  19. So 1990's but believe me they look good in the flesh
  20. End up with a litter of Justy's
  21. Mind how loud Andyjdmsti's was. About that kind of level so when it arrives in Glasgow just open your front window
  22. B Roads is where she will thrive. Guy who owned it really gave it some beans around the back roads where he lived and after that it was just a case of how much do you want. In his garage was a nice M3 and this car was used for regular Oulton Park track days. He previously owned a 22b and imported this himself about a year ago and has put a total of 1000kms on it since it arrived in the UK and spent about 5k tidying it up and adding some nice extras like the Bilstiens and ECU So looking forward to it arriving but in the mean time i need to tidy up and service the Bomber prior to departure
  23. Fat Banana Gmac wanted to call it Tracey AKA the fat slag but i declined on the grounds the car aint a slapper and the fact his choice was made after 1000 miles of driving (Glasgow 3am, Devon 9am, Surrey 1230pm, Prodrive 2pm, Preston 6.30pm and back to Glasgow for 11pm) The big chap certainly does the endurance driving down to a tee and thanks for that big chap. Placed a deposit tonight and will collect the car towards the end of next week. Some tempting words to help conjure an image Yellow, obviously 1997 Version 3 Type R Fat, as in 22b fat and it may even make JohnSt's car look slim 4 Pot Mines/AP Front brakes 2 pot rears Mocal oil cooler with thermo Simtek ECU Wrapped headers Plated front and rear diff and unknown aftermarket centre diff Garrett/HKS Turbo Falken Semi Slicks Twisted up pipe Bilstien Coilovers. ARB's front and rear Straight through zorst Carbon interior foot panels Lightweight battery HKS Boost control Defi's Big Bosch pump and swirl pot and Aeroquip hosing throughout 18inch 3 spoke alloys Roll cage Version 6 RA dash Magnum fixed back seats with 5 point harnesses 2200cc Stroker kit 350bhp @ 1.1bar with similar torque 55000kms Some more images to follow when i upload the to PB Good points, its certainly one of a kind and is a lot of car for the money Bad points, its as subtle as a brick through a jewellers window. Needs remapped by Andy as soon as possible due to it currently running a very safe rich map from a well known mapper based in the North of England Still got a std regulator in there and with a monster Bosch pushing against it i will need a suitable replacement. All it needs is a replacement Fuel Pressure Regulator and a remap and Bobs your uncle Happy days
  24. Stroker kit fitted to it in Japan by previous owner
  25. Another one that i have watching for a while has become available. Viewing it tomorrow night down south and if all is as expected then the Blue car will be sold. If i cant sell the Blue car then it looks like Imy and me have got ourselves a track car Low mileage 42000 Tax and Tested Nice mods
