Galloway Hills Rally - Sunday 5th December
the squiggle replied to derek_robertson's topic in Scottish Scoobies
As i said mate, i will be at the Services on the M74 at Happendon From Edi area either down the A70 through Lanark or M8 to Baillieston then M73 then M74, Happendon is the 2nd services down, just after Lesmahagow http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=28...p=newsearch.srf Just to decide a time as i will be meeting Del down at Dalry at a time again to be decided. The roads down to Castle Douglas are well worth the trip alone. Heavy Optimax users will be ok as there is a Shell garage located in Castle Douglas Grant -
Shame it was a peach or should i say a pair of peaches Amazing if we are asked to do something in a civilised manner we do it, strange that Best of luck with the new venture Grant

Frankly sir i prefered your old Avatar, took me a while to figure out what it was but when the penny dropped i was more "enthusiastic" about reading your posts. Any chance of reverting back to "Sally", as i have named her as she reminds me of that Sally one from Tiswas. AAAAAHHHH fond memories of a bye gone era, the toddlers in the forum will be saying who but the ones who remember will know who i mean. First girl i ever thought about in the privacy of a locked bathroom, too much info me thinks, but you know what im saying. Thanks for your coorperation in this matter Grant

Spooks/JohnnyR6 or anybody from the east coast/central belt. I can be at the Happendon services on the M74, near Douglas/Rigside, in the morning to meet you if you wish before we head down to Castle Douglas and meet Del on the way at Dalry. Some cracking roads en route to the rendezvous at Dalry Grant -

McRAE TO DRIVE WRC SUBARU IN DEC!!!!!!!!!!!!
the squiggle replied to derek_robertson's topic in Scottish Scoobies
What about that idiot Hirvonen, how much has he cost in smashes and lost sales Must admit when McRae left the road he did it with style as he was always driving with courage, determination and a gear higher than the pace notes dictated. Rolling the car on the recce for the New Zealand Rally was a classic they had to push the car over the starting ramp and the paint was still wet but in the end he still won Grant -
Agree with Playsatan2 the R6 had the better chassis than the Blade or the R1 As for a race, yeah i would be up for that in the Transit Grant

Any Scooby owners in the Dumfries & Galloway area?
the squiggle replied to cyprusscobby's topic in Scottish Scoobies
Based around Castle Douglas and uses a lot of the Scottish rally stages. It usually attracts a lot of the Irish boys in thier WR machinary. Service area last year was at Wallaces market in C.D, we could all rendezvous here to head to the stages. Last year was very cold so wrap up super well Me and Scoobay are meeting up prior to heading down at Dalry Grant -
Andy with the amount of money you have in your pocket, you could buy Blitz as in the full company. The best wheels on your car are the BBS doo-dahs that already adorn it P.S my choice would be the Prodrive WRC wheels at £*** a rim but the only weigh ^&^$%$ Grant

GR555 Are you the gent with the Dark Blue WRX that was at the Loch Lomand run I will be at the Shell at Lonend, across from the Paisley Mill about 1845, giving the govt more funds to fritter. If yourthere i will see you there if not Monkton Lodge is at the bottom of the A77 next to the BP garage Left would be A77, signposted Stranraer, Right would be A78, signposted Prestwick Airport, straight on is the Monkton lodge Grant

Received your PM but cannot reply to it for some reason Answer to your question, no i dont think it would require a remap as there has been no component change or change to the length of the induction tract. Depending on what the mapper decided on regarding fuelling on the overun it will either sound the same out the back or it will pop and bang for Scotland, mines does the latter. Million dollar question, did you like the noise you heard? Grant
