  1. I find this download strangely entertaining. Download me Grant
  2. a possible idea would be to meet at a central location and all smile at the camara then head up the Highland Gathering road as i still have a load of colour printed maps sitting here for that run. Just my £5.82's worth Grant

  4. Anyone fancy a Lambdalink for £50 inc delivery Grant
  5. Cheers I am liking the Sunday run past thier house idea I emailed Paypal as soon as i realised something was dodgy and thier reply was to wait a few days to see if it turns up. I have rounded up some unstable ex-military and current military personel and put them on stand by. Also try and get Wilky to induce a flashback to Nam 69 situation and let him deal with the situation. I have Emailed a previous correspondent of his to see if they had a mailling address for the user. They confirmed the address in Sanquhar as the one they sent the item to. Grant
  6. Secret location my ar*e, that was the Raiders Road in New Galloway. About a mile away from where we stopped in the March Run The look on Robbie Heads face with McRae going into the corner flat in fifth was a picture Skoda looked good and the Master looked as he has the glint in his eye. Really enjoyed the Helmet Cam shot and the view from the Pedal Box Really considering driving down after work on Fri and roughing it in the woods for the weekend. Grant
  7. Due to unfotunate circumstances i cannot arrange any more runs in the country. So if there is anyone else out there that fancies arranging a run for Oct time then feel free to take over the reigns. ScoobyAndy and ImprezaPete have lined up a damn fine route around the roads in the South East so there is a starting point I dont have the appropriatte means to arrange and recce the day so i am withdrawing and looking for a suitable replacement Grant
  8. I won a PSP on Ebay last Monday and paid instantly through Paypal. I asked the guy if i could pick it up as i pass through Sanquhar every day on the way back from Dumfries. The seller left me positive feedback as soon as i had paid but never replied to confirm i could pick it up. I sent him another Email on Wedensday to ask again, politely, if i could pick the item up and as yet no reply I sent him another Email on Fri to ask again, bit less politely, if i coud pick the item up and as yet no reply I had a look at the auction to see if i could obtain any other means of contact with the seller. Ebay sent me a phone number, which had 1 digit missing and was a Hamilton number, which was as much use as a fart in a wet suit. The only info i could go on was the Paypal receipt to a * ******* and the item description said it was located in Sanquhar. So due to the wonderful world wide web i found out there is 2 ********'s in Sanquhar. I tried both the numbers and 1 is not in use any more and the other rang out. A couple of hours later the second number rang back and was a lovely old gent who was more than helpful and eliminated himself from my enquiries. I now know where they stay in Sanquhar and would like your opinion on my next course of action. I have now sent him another Email, not very polite at all, informing him/her that i know where they stay and that i am going to inform the Police Do i inform the proper authorities about my loss of approx £170 or Do i go and pay the nice loverly people a visit The seller had 35+ positive feedback and now is coming up as "no longer a registered user" I choose that item for normal money as it was located in an area that i could easily pick it up from Grant

  10. Billyboy.................STI9 Type UK PPP.......................IHI VF35.....................N/A Fai17....................STI8 Type UK..............................IHI VF35......................N/A HISOOB................Bugeye JDM WRX(STI(9)...............................................APS SR30 Rollerbearing TheSquirrel555.... Version 2 WRX...........................TD05..........................IHI VF24 Roller Bearing Early UK and JDM saloons had TD05's Early UK and JDM wagons had TD04's After 1996 the UK carried on with the small TD04 while the JDM cars moved onto IHI turbos. From that point on there is no definate answer as the turbo could be upgraded as a dealer option before the car was built as the STI produstion run was usually sold out the year before The VF22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 34, 35, 35 and 37 have been fitted to the JDM cars since 1996 and the only IHI turbos fitted to the UK cars were the VF30 and 35 as fitted to the STI TYPE UK since the Bug-Eye was introduced in 2000On a wee side note, no UK car was ever called "Version" 7, 8 or 9. The only STI cars to have the version moniker attached to its name is the Japanese Domestic Market cars and this practice ended with the Version 6, the last of the classic shape. The proper name for the current and UK cars since the year 2000 is Subaru Impreza STI Type UK or the Subaru Impreza STI Type UK PPP. The official name for the current JDM STI cars is Subaru Impreza WRX STI Version 2002, denoting the year the Blob eye was introduced and the name for the Bugeye is Subaru Impreza WRX STI Version 2000, again denoting the year the ugly fooker was born. It is almost as annoying as calling a UK classic a WRX when it is quite clearly a Subaru Impreza 2000 Turbo Grant Proud owner of a proper version 2 STI
