  1. << Thats a possible sale of 2 cars in a week grant >> Would be good week all round if that happened. I touch goats Grant
  2. Not a joke, i really am selling my car Got a new one inbound so the red one has to go Basic info 1995 WRX STI V2 saloon, the chassis number says its a WRX but it has all the bits on it and in 95 the STI's and WRX's were built on the same production line. So i do not know for sure if it is a STI but it has all the proper bits on it Tax till Jan 06 MOT till Jan 06 80000kms on the clock but i have no idea if genuine Good points 2.0CDB JDM Legacy Engine with RA under piston oil squirters VF24 Roller Bearing Turbo Version 5 Type R Intercooler with water spray WRC downpipe and 3 inch bore system with Titanium backbox Uprated 255 L/PH fuel pump FSE Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator AVC-R Electronic Boost Control with low setting of 0.7bar and high setting of 1.4bar Apexi PowerFC with Commander K+N Filter with proper Cold Air feed STI Gearbox with matching diffs STI Suspension Apexi Front Strut Brace Bad points Dent on N/S/R wheel arch about 8 inches long but can be fixed easily enough Dent on N/S/R door again can be fixed easily enough Probably gonna need some front bushes soon as they are getting a bit clunky Heaters are pointing at the windscreen and wont shift but the speed, temp and climate control still work fine Needs a horn fitted Missing most of the interior but i still have the rear seats.... Small bit of Slap if it is left for a while but soon goes away when it gets some heat in it.; Slight blow from up pipe to turbo gasket when cold, fine when warm I have owned this car for about 3.5 years and it has served me well in all situations Only reason i am selling t is the new car has all the goodies on it that i would desire so "Old Red" is now surplus to requirements. The car was mapped by Andy Forrest last month so it runs, when warm, a sweet as a nut and pulls like a train. Everyone that has sat in the pax seat has been impressed how well she goes with great quotes like "it is well rapid", "Completely different car", "Got to be well over the 300 mark". Never been round the track....... Not very std at all. Couple of battle wounds. Price is £3000 which considering the goodies she has on it i am sure is a foooooking good price.
  3. You caught AlanG trying to put 560 Lbs/ft down on a greasy track and keeping the toe in when it was going pear shaped. On the down side we did have a glorious view of the back of Gumball's napper AWESOME video once again Cal Grant
  4. It is one of the better piggy back units out there but it has its limitations due to only being able to correct the std fuel and ign map by a certain amount either side of thier normal opartaing outputs Grant

  6. The pump for the oil cooler in the gearbox runs off the first motion shaft, if the car is being towed the first motion shaft will not be moving and hence the oil cooler wont be cooling. The oil in the box overheats and then the gears expand due to overheating and eventually break Grant

  18. I will be the one to disagree.... Quality driving with excellent use of weight transfer and it would have taken nuts the size of King Kongs to do that with a couple of 40 tonner bearing down on you. Been thinking about buying a Drift sled but i have the works Sprinter to do that with Grant
  19. << My girlfriend, myself and a few friends and they're kids were going to get some fireworks for bonfire night this year but all of us live in flats or houses where we have either communal gardens or other houses/flats in close proximity.
