I was adamant my glass was not tinted when having windscreen changed, a easy way of telling what colour tint you have is to get a plain piece of white A4 paper and place it on inside of glass and look though the glass. The shade will show up......

I think you are right, the plug sits under the back seat and not really protected. If i take back seat off and unplug and blow (sounds dodgy) and reconeect she fires up fine. Thats what the AA man did when it first happened. Prob need filter and plug looked at next service......its happened 3 times in 4 days

Heya all, Just a quickie as been having an issue with the scoob so wanted to know if any of you have had similar probs. Drove the baby home from work on Friday and parked up outside a mates restaurant for a bite to eat. After 20 mins cam out and started her up and got a real babe choking style response from the engine. Scoob would start but would struggle with fuel or air it seemed. Anyway in the end she wouldnt start. The boys in yellow turned up and did some check....Fuel Starvation, opened the rear seats and unclipped the leads on the fuel pump. abit of a clean and blow and she started up fine. However this happened again on sunday. Im abit freaked that the fuel pump will stop working with whats seems to be something so minor.... Twice in two days now so hope its not a regular occurance taking off the back seats

Cheers guys very helpful, a friends friend works on custom cars and he has my car now and quoted £350 to £400 to cut out rust, steel plate it and flush in, then spray it and rear bumper which has a bad scrape on same side. He said you can treat it but you will be coming back soon so best go for the long term fix. He has my baby now so should have her back in 3-4 days. GOBLIN lol now thats a plan but il, see how this turns out, if not fancy a close up of my rear lights lol sorry Cheers anyway people, il post pics of the job when its finished. The guy doing the job has done this custom car................................. Nice huh, hope it comes back like that lmao................
