Just to let you know, Ace Cafe car park only holds about 40 cars and as the bucks scooby crew have this orgainised (not sure, where this thread was picked up from) Only cars and details given to the organisers will be allowed to be parked inside, the rest will have to park on main street outside.

  5. Heya all, I think its time for a new car well a family car i should say. That does not mean the Subaru is going anywhere Not sure what i like so thought id get some opinions of whats nice out there apart from Subaru. Merc? BMW? Audi? 4x4........ Range Rover? Dont know where to start..... Must be big enough for 4/5 passengers in some comfort. Diesal and not too pricy running lol

  8. Yes mate all sorted for now, the guys at Hughbury Vehicle Services sorted it out, they are based in Rickmansworth. Nice chaps and have been working on Subaru's a while now. Most of the Bucks scooby crew have used them Hopefully all well, give me a shout for the Ace Cafe meet if you fancy driving up on the day
  9. Yeah will be driving up straight from work fingers crossed all is ok, as had fuel pump go on Edgware rd Friday, should be picking car back up tonight.

  12. thanks dude, well i saw the one that was on already and defo needed replacing, it was hard cracked and worn. Didnt cost too much as had car serviced at same time. Thanks anyway

Heya all, Bit of a funny question, dont ask why but could anyone answer the following: Is it easy enough to change the indicators on the classic in the bumper to the side lights and make the indicator to act like the side light? In theory i would have thought that the wiring for the side light just needs to move down and the indicator wiring to move up, not sure if the wiring and bulb sockets would have enough slack for this. Is it illegal to do something like that? obviously they will flash and act in same way just in a different location..... Many thanks

  19. Hi Guys and Girls Have abit of an issue. When the scoob is started up and i seem to turn the wheel i get a sort of loud screech / sqeeking noice. It seems to happen when i turn the steering and cannot hear it when in higher revs but not sure if thats coz of the scooby burble. My first impression / concern was its like a belt screeching Any ideas?
