  2. :tumbleweed:Thanks guys, im useless at such things...... Have asked Hughberry Motors to take a look and see if they can diagnose
  3. Thanks somet to check but i think my situation sometimes doesnt cut out totally it sort of splutters as if its trying catch its breathe, like its starved of fuel or air.... Also I had a thatcham cat 1 alarm put in as it didnt have one and that does cut fuel connection when immobilised but its not the standard factory !!
  4. Hi All Been a long time I know Good to be back thats for sure. Sorry to start on a downer note but need to pick your scooby brains. Over the last couple of days been having a weird issue with my impreza. I seem to get some sort of blockage feeling from the car. It seems a little sluggish at times but more importantly i can be crusing along at various revs n speed (within the limits) when i get a splutter as if fuel has cut off. Some times the car will switch off, all electrics are fine and all i do is restart. Other times it sort of cuts out and i go into neutral Rev and back into gear. The Fuel pump was changed about a year and a half ago. On the classic under the back seat the fuel pump wiring clip was removed and soldered together as that had previous caused the fuel to cut off whenever someone sat at the back. Cud it be fuel pump or wiring again? Cud it be air flow ? cud it be sensors? Not sure where to go and get this checked as it doesnt happen all the time. Currently it happened every day at least once Thanks all
