Hi There Folks, On behalf of Staffs Scoobies I would like to invite you all to our “Charity Fun Day” ALL PROCEEDS TO “THE RICHARD BURNS FOUNDATION” The date is 26th August 2007, the fun starts from 12.00 noon till late. The Venue is The Chetwode Arms, Pipe gate, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 4HD Ok so what will be on?? First of all we intend to have every Model Subaru Impreza ever made. With some very special ones just to make it that bit more interesting, we have “Craig Muddy” with his infamous Red WRX, We Have 22b’s, we have Taysters award winning Type “R”. “Scoobyclinic” have also promised something special. But it wouldn’t be right without a real Rally Car would it?? So just to add some icing Richard Burns Dad “Alex Burns” is Bringing along one of Richards Rally Car’s. what about some entertainment I hear!! Well how about trying your hand on the “Bucking Bronco” longest to stay on wins a Magnum of Champagne. Or get your Sumo Suit on and try your luck against your mate, we haven’t forgot the Kids either co’s there will be a Bouncy Castle.Yes we have all the usual side stalls, Tombola, Penalty Shoot Out, Guess how many lollies in the Jar, Clock Stall, Book Stall, Toy Stall, Face Painting and many others. We have even persuaded the “Scooby Clinic” to bring along the Goodie shop for the day Hide the Plastic Ladies There will be a Disco till late, Hot & Cold food will be available either take away or eat in. And yes there is a Raffle and Auction, and what a Raffle it is, there are some Fantastic Prizes, we have Genuine Richard Burns “Subaru Clothing” There is a signed “T Shirt” from one of the current WRC Drivers, A Subaru Jacket, there’s Tools, Subaru Parts, This raffle stands to be one of the best I have ever seen. So ok that’s pretty well it in a nutshell, don’t forget all proceeds from this event are going to “The Richard Burns Foundation” we are hoping to Raise £2000 to do that we need your help, so why not pop over, come and speak to Kev from the “Clinic” about your next Mod, Meet Richard Burns dad, or maybe ask “Muddy” just how he gets that WRX to shine, or just join us for the fun and chat to old pals. Good plugs are NKG or NGK which ever way round thay are spelt. I know if your running around 320+bhp (Roughly) the number 7s are good as they have a 0.6 feeler gap and give excellent spark. And on the P1woc, a chap was selling a STI8 scoop in 74F (Sonic blue) for £100 which is cheaper than scoobyparts that sell them for around £150 painted, which i have allready put my hands on.[] Monki.

Oh i will doo. I have made a few other cleaning improvements since i first posted my engine bay detailing pics in "Car care". But theres a few thingas i want to buy, like the Samco,carbon/polished slam panel, chrome or carbon alt covers ect, Braiding to go over the pipework for the oil cooler, Chrome batt cover or Prodrive replacement batt clamp. Its going to take time but hopefully it will look nice once its done. Monki,.

Sooo if Swindons as bad as Bristol you have a thin layer of road dust, on yesterdays work? Hope not!

Its not so much the polish, i need like a drill bit that buff up and do heavy duty polishing, saves my fingers and hands from dieing or repetative strain dissorder lol.

Yes between showers, But a handy tip from the back of the zymole "Cleaner wax" bottle is "Spray light water on the surface of the paint work and buff to a shine to give that ultimate show room finish" (Or something like that), Well rain is as good as anything dont you think? [] Also you havent seen my antics on youtube, of me using a squeegy to "Dry" my car in the pooring rain? So no one has any tips on buffing up metal parts to a high chrome/metel polish? Monki.
