  1. Hey one and all, thank crunchy it Friday. Night off work tonight to, yippeee! Have a stonking weekend everyone!
  2. I vowed never to have a black car because of the swirl marks that seem to show up twice as bad... what colour car do I have now... you got it, a black one! Why... well it looked dead smart for one plus it was the model I wanted. Starting to get a liking for white again to.
  3. I'll be there Iain... is this list so we can get a space of the SIDC stand aswell??
  4. Hopefully the firemen were a bit clumsy when cutting the idiot out! Someones pride and joy gone for good, so annoying [:@]
  5. You shouldn't be smelling petrol so I'd get it in to the garage and get it checked out... don't want any fireballs!
  6. Kewl!! got my ticket ordered. online worked fine, all paid and completed. Now for the DJ!
  7. A HOOOGE welcome to the Cambridge scoobies. Have a great 2007 season! [Y]
  8. Modern cars are a lot easier and from what I understand you can use the engine as normal but try not to stick at one speed, especially higher speeds, like long motorway runs. I wouldn't rev to high before changing gear either, but that's just my own way of thinking. As for brakes... try to not step on them hard all the time, spread your breaking. Same when you have new ones fitted to. One thing I was told is to keep an eye on your oil level and top up as needed. Don't worry it won't drink it like a fish but you don't want it running low. What do other folk think, about 500miles is sort of mark you're aiming for when running in?? Enjoy it mate and I can see the grin from here [] [Y]
  9. I would get the model right with your Insurers as they will only turn around and say it's not the car that is insured should you need to claim. Better to be safe than sorry. Best of luck. [Y]
  10. Who knows! shame though as he was doing good.
  11. You can get the Live coverage on Eurosport to.
  12. I almost changed channels... then JC arrives with a cow on the roof, absolute genius! Not so good seeing New Orleans and that people are still suffering. c'mon US goverment!!
  13. I agree, 17's will give ya a nice ride and fill those arches nicely.
  14. That was good, original in any case.
  15. Although very entertaining I did feel it was a pretty pointless excercise and up until JC arriving at the campsite with a cow on the roof (absolute genius!) I was going to change channels. I'd read about New Orleans still suffering but it's not until you see actual pictures that you realise what a mess they are still in. The goverment should be ashamed!!
  16. it's been on Eurosport, they've been showing the Live coverage. Petter went out after sliding into a ditch filled with deep snow, give it his best to get out but it wouldn't have it.
  17. Looks wicked mate, I saw it at the Bucks meet, looks even better in the flesh. I agree... a nice set of 17's will finish it off just right.
  18. Morning all, just woke from a huge long snooze and very needed that was. Get yourself checked over Kip, whiplash ain't nice. Think I might give the car a wash later if the sunshine keeps going.
  19. Nice one! Sunny day so get it washed and get the piccies on here hahaha []
  20. Nice one! at least you're all up and running and it didn't cost nowt, always a bonus.
  21. Hey Andrealouisea, Oh yeah you're only up the road [Y]. Yep I go to the Bucks meets so joins us for the convoy over there, also got the Dunstable meet on the 24th where we meet up at the Little Chef on the 421 at Marston then run down there.
