  1. We have been getting treated like crap for a while, our last pay deal was shocking 2.6% last year and 2.5% this year. I was up at college there doing my Mates/Masters there before Christmas and was called back early because of staffing difficulties so didnt get to finnish my course. I asked HR in December if I would be able to go back to college for 5 weeks starting 21st April and it took them over 6 weeks to ask the Marine super if I could go, and he said no!

When I got to the ship, I found out I was brought back so another guy gould go off and start the same course as they pulled me off, I thought I was joining as 1/o/s (next rank up from where I was) as there was nobody else in the agency with the same experience as me as I have had 4 yrs in and sailed as 1/o/s a few times before but it turned out that they had tranfered a 2/o from the Jura who has only been in the agency since April last year, only just got his BFSO warrant and had never sailed as 1/o/s before.

Anyways last trip I had to go away boarding in my own time to show this guy how to measure a net (bearing in mind that he is now sailing in a higher rank than me and getting paid more!). On top of that we got a new Captain join the vessel after the previous one resigned to go get more time off and more money, anyways the new Captain is an a***hole and was picking holes in everything you did so I resigned. I was just tired of being treated like crap

  2. Here is what you need:

    1) Camcorder

    2) Decent weather

    3) Camera clamp

    4) Decent video-editing software

    5) A guy that's clever with the software (not me!)

    6) Huge slice of self indulgence.

I think you'll like it... enjoy Click

    .

Please note: Video editing software was used to speed up clips to create the illusion of high-speed. No speed laws were compromised in the making of this short film.

    good stuff john!

  3. good stuff m8, another fine trackcar in the making, hopefully we will have enough decent powered scoobies around at knockers to give those bruce taxis evos a good humping (i hate getting past by them fookers) :):D

  4. Is the perrin headers equal lenght ie you need to change the sump etc .Do you modify the sump or see if there is a written off 03 Jdm sti or spec c or newer with equal length headers for the sump and other bits you need to fit the perrin headers

yea mate the perrin headers are equal length.i suppose you could hope to find damaged jdm twin scroll car for the parts but i just bit the bullet and ordered 2.5 sump etc from the dealers.
