  1. Martin! I knew that you were planning on getting rid of the car, and I tried to talk you out of it before, but as you said it was because you wouldn't be able to park where you were planning on living, I left you alone about it... But if really, it was just for money reasons... I'll say OI! BANDIT NO! We bought our place last year, and I've still got my car, I cant get around the whole "I'm getting a house, the cars got to go" there really is no need for that.... and it really upsets me (can you tell...) Anyways mate, just because you have lost the best thing about your life dont mean that you have to be a stranger about here, I hope you stick about, if not I'll see you on Messenger sometime...
  2. pah! will have to try and check it out later on like, the connection out here is not that great right now, as we are in transit again... perhaps when we get out to the field later on like.... Oh, and If I'm not bobbing about the north sea or simelar around when your due in then I might come down from Aberdeen for it....
  3. Well as for the MOT, I cant really give you any really good advice there, as mot wise, these are much the same as any other car... But I can suggest something to do with your tax.... Buy a 6 month tax this once... I know that it makes it a tiny bit more expensive for the 6 month tax, but at least it slpits up the tax and MOT, which really, are the expensive bits... My car came with 6 month road tax, and its great not having to pay them both at the same time...

  5. You drive a mile to work? Really? Sounds like a lot of stress to me...
  6. Cheers! At least someone did!!!
  7. Nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! Thats a lovely car too!!! I tell ye, ye canny do it, just save up for the wedding, if she's serious about it, She'll wait....
  8. you REALLY want to sell? Did you see the thread from the last person who said that he was selling.... Biggest mistake of G.Mac's life!!! Because HE! (and you if you sell your car) is a massive Gayer!!!!
  9. dont know thionk Ive seen these on a couple of cars recently, I think Simmie's car has them? (again - Could be wrong) I was going to say that you should be able to drill them WITHOUT damaging the wheel, and yes, you should not inflict any damage to the wheel, but as they are NUTS and not bolts, that makes drilling a bit more tricky.... unless you fancy changing the studs too, and I dont know if you can change thoes studs tbh, someone will know better than me when it comes to that.... but under no circumstances should you need to damage you wheel to get it off....
  10. Tidy, Glad your happy with the results mate. I have to say that I have been pondering a meercat exhaust of recent times, perhaps sometime in the near foochoorm, I might just go and look into it, but not right now, I have other things I need to spend my money on first!
  11. Oh, no, if theres no fault found, then thats fair play! Get them Charged! twas just those circumstances I was talking about....
  12. No, but its still a fault with the car... the dealers are still there to fix these problems, whether they caused them or not... (eg: fitting the PPP) thats the whole point of getting the dealership franchise in the first place... I'd say the simple fact that theres a fault there that needs to be sorted under warranty, means that the dealer has no right to charge for the "inspection" that should be included in fixing the dangerous fault... whilst I dont think that anyone has blamed the dealership, its still their responsibility to fix it...
  13. Yeah I would say that, or even calling to Subaru UK again, you never know, if they are getting a lot of complaints about this dealer, Subaru themselves could start making life very difficult for them...
  14. and looking by the description the boy sounds like a bit of a muppet anyways. love that little rant about LOOSERS offering him (what its worth with that spoiler) small amounts.
  15. too right too! Dealers really do try to get away with too much that is clearly their responsibility....
  16. No, that was funny!
  17. Hey man, LOVING those wheels man, and the calipers look good too!

  19. GRAEME!! YOU! Are a Massive Gayer!!!!!!
  20. I dont know Al, I think that the Sti lights would siut your car very nicely, ecpecially after seeing your photoshop efforts, if Morettes are not your bag, then i would say that these are the way forward... Oh and I agree with Cal-ski the wjeels need to go.... I reckon that some nice *dark* perhaps anthricite - Gunmetaly PFF7s woud be awsome on your car mate! and I think that it woudl sharpen up the image of your car no end without the Chav look that you want to avoid... In fact someone has a very nice colour on their car that might suit, in another thread.... (He's just painted his Calipers....)
