well for winter tyres, you cant go far wrong with Michelan Pilot alpin... its the only michelan tyre I would ever recomend...

I dont know I think that its too easy to get caught out on these slipdoads, they often look a lot faster than they are... they must have been going some to launch like that... I think If she has not heard anything by now then she should get back onto them, if he did some damage to her car, they could have done some forensic tests to match paint... but I suppose now... your waaaay to late for that... and being that its illeagal to leave the scene of an accident theres more to answer than just bad driving... More Lag with the Vent to Atmosphere. but its not just a second for the gear change, because you need to let the boost build up again anyways after you come off the power... and with a vent to atmosphere dump valve, it will take a little longer to build back the boost pressure... you think that you can react in a second, the ECU can react a LOT quicker, and at the end of the day, if you are going to be running lean, with the potential of DET, then thats a problem... I dunno, Ive just had a drink, so I might be speaking pants.... If Ive lied or am wrong about any of what ive Said then I'm sure I'll be corrected... Read what Grant (squirrel/squiggle) said again, you might need to read it a few times to understand it like... but worth reading and UNDERSTANDING...
