For all those not aware of the particualr bit of roat that the clown was performaing on.... here it is.... Bearing in mind, that every road off that cross roads was a 20mph limit... this is from how it looks in the pics.... although it could still be a lottle closer to the junction like...

Shame that they dont say which man it was that they charged, I'd like tothink that its obvious, but then I dont know, it could be like you said forcing someone to swerve... but then I think that time will tell... I just drove right over that spot about 1 minutes ago, and sure enough, theres no way on earth that he could have been going fast enough to launch like that in a 20... off a junction... if I can get google earth sorted on this machine I'll post up the loaction and let you see what i mean...

is that Union Terrace? I'm fairly sure that it is... and if it is, then the scoob has *JUST* come off the set of traffic lights.... from union Street, I just live 5 mins walk from that junction, and you see some idiots coming over from bridge street trying to beat the lights, failing that, if he/she, had come off union street, they should NEVER have been able to build up even nearly enough speed to park it like that... and thats going from personal knowlege of where the accident happend... there are a lot of idiots driving about aberdeen city centre at break-neck speeds... I dont know Andy, normally I would be with you there on not hanging them without trial, but I'm not conviniced that thats possible at the 20MPH speed limit thats all around that point... (not that it matters, everyone drives at 30 there if they can, and when you cant, you can only do 20 or less there anyways...) I am of the opinion that he was driving like a moron... (I would quite happily be proven wrong... )

I think that it is a possibility, only thing is different people have different ideas, and really to be objective, you'd need all tyres to be tested by one car/driver... just to get the difference...

The DS2500 pads seem to pretty well regarded by most... I have them on the rear brakes on my one, and will most likley go for them on the front too, although dont ask me prices... but of you go to the likes of ScoobyWorld and ScoobyParts they will both have them...

In all fairness mate theres not really an abundance of members in that area... more over members that are that active... moreover members that want to spend the day packing other people's shopping, other people that dont really appreciate it... I dont know, its enough of a chore packing my own shopping, never mind doing anyone else's... this is why all the monies raised tends to be from things like RR days, charity nights etc... No Fekkin way!!!!! That IS Al's old car!!!!! I just checked some of my old pics... Cant believe that I never spotted that before!!!!! He bought it from new, and I know that he never crashed it..... thats for certain, In fact he only got rid of her just before Dez bought her!!!! that means that this car is 2 owners(now 3) from now... Heres a pic of one of the first few Inverness meets in Aug 2006, note the blue bugeye sitting between the Shed™ and Euan_r's old car... (I know, its crap quality...)

Well if you get in touch I'm sure that he would, if your payed his expenses... but then thats not a question that we can answer - you'd need to aks the man yourself!!! As for him being number one... well, I dont know, but I would say that reading through this forum, that the quality of his work would speak for its self! Check our top quarter mile times, look at the countlless threads going on about how great he is and how fantastic the performance and fuel consumption of their cars are... also look at how some even go to him after using a different mapper and the difference it makes... thats something, I remember about a year or so ago, being tailgated by a transit, big panel van, and it turned into a bit of road rage thing... all because I wouldn't tailgate the line of cars in front... and i did everything the right way too, but he cut me up a few times on the duel carridge way (started on a single carridge) and was throwing stuff out the window at me, I was pretty worried about it... finally got past him, flicked the bird and left, was not a pleasant expreience... Just dont get that kind of mentality.... :?
