They will take them down after the roadworks, as they had the same thing just north of perth, last year, 2 runs of specs cameras (building the 2 overpasses) not far apart, but they got taken down when the roadworks ended. I'm pretty sure they are only allowed to use them in Scotland for this purpose... although I could easily be wrong, but you'll never see them at any other time, where as in Engerlund, there's a few places they are set up permanent... (There's a very long stretch of them on one of the roads leading to Barnsly...)

As long as your papers are in order, then it really doesn't matter what it says on the website... Obviously provided that your insurer's haven't asked for the papers back, and you said no... They wouldn't be much use then....
