  1. Right Panic on! Is there anyone who had a Double that can share????
  2. Good man... The more people that fill it in, the better a place that we can make this place FOR YOU!!!
  3. Thing is Glyn, Were not talking a small amount here, if it were a few pence here or there, then I'd just go with the flow... but for a tank of petrol to double in price in just a couple of years??? that's Mental...
  4. Warranty - Dunno anything aobut it, its a minefield to be honest... 90% certain that to switch trackers, you need to have the old one removed and a new one fitted... To be honest, I'm not sure that it would be worth it in the slightest... RAC/AA if you have it anyways, then your probably just as well keeping that on... plus, once you have it, your covered for any car that you happen to be in... (even say, if its a friends car...)
  5. Well, next weekend... 2007: Scottish Scoobies Highland Fling 2007! 2008: (Year off kinda...) 2009: 2010: ???
  6. I'm still 50/50 for this...
  7. In All fairness, its not even that they drink a lot of fuel, but its because its so damned expensive... When I bought this one, it used to cost about £35-ish to fill the tank, now, its about £60... Thats Nearly DOUBLED in price for fuel... I mean today, and admittedly, it was motorway services, I paid £1.35.9 per litre... and last night I filled up at 10p a litre cheaper in Cheltenham... but still both times cost me well in Excess of £60 The motorway even more, because I was forced to put in another £10 of unleaded before I reached Abingdon... Why nobody has gone down the route of mass fuel strikes again, I have no idea, it worked last time to an extent, why is it not happening now??? (Edit to say thats 2 different stations that I paid £1.36, on Friday, and today)
  8. Chance would be a fine thing...
  9. Linky here: http://forums.sidc.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=96215 I know that Assuming that you have the Standard Sigma Alarm as fitted to the 1999/2001 models then you can get a Screened unit from Subaru, but your looking at £70 not £300... I belive thats the fitted price...
  10. Yeah, what Baz Said, this is not a step that the Club is taking Lightly, We are pushing ever more to get the club turned around, but its down to the members to tell us what you want! we want you to have your say so that we are not trying to move things in the wrong direction! We would love EVERY member to fill in the survey so that we can really see where we excel, where we fail, and where that happens, fix it! So yeah, your opinion counts!!!! (Unless you think that the club needs to buy bigger turbos for everyone, that might not go down too well...)
  11. Em... Is that right though, I thought that it was down to manufacture date, rather than import date...?
  12. Yeah, not like me to talk pish eh... Actually, I didn't say it was for sure, I said "Theres a good chance" but 36mph over the limit... Last time I got caught that far over the limit, It was a straight ban and fine (no points)... (English Magistrate admittedly - With my Commanding officer there to give a statement to the court) so, talking from experience. Though, to be honest this is one that I hope is let off on a technicality for the way that the police have handled it... let us know how you got on mate.
  13. hehehe
  14. Sorted, good to hear!
  15. I'm certianly glad that its going back in the right direction again, not completely sold on it yet though, I think that might take a little time, but I'd certainly be interested to see it in the flesh...
  16. hahahaha! You see some junk like that over in Baku, man, I think thats where they went to die!!!! But thats waaaaay more tidy than the usual Halfrauds Drivethrough mods that you see teh russians doing!!!
  17. Hi there mate, and welcome! Hope you like it here!
  18. Is there any better Pictures, and perhaps more details please Russell? (car/clothing/etc) its hard to recognise someone from just a head shot... Will keep an eye out none the less...
  19. Here you go - The SIDC Sticker shop! http://www.rb5.paulhooker.co.uk/rb5oc/movi...p/sidcshop.html In Fact, I don't know why that's not publicised better...
  20. I think I know where the SIDC plates are, I'll see if I can dig out the link....
  21. Also never had a problem with Autoglass in Aberdeen - Top Notch service, although I doubt that's much use to you...
  22. Looks Cracking mate!
  23. Where is the ad, as the link doesn't appear to work... From what the guy is saying that car is a real dog, but surely you would be able to see that in the pictures... I know that some can be very up themselves and it bothers me sometimes, yes its good to be fussy, there's nothing wrong in that, but you really need to balance it...
