When the petrol light comes on you have 10 litres left as your reserve. Provided you always fill up before the light comes on the you should always put in less than 50 litres.

Taking it easy with not much boost or less than 3k revs then you should be able to see 30 mpg. I did but it was the most boring tank of fuel I have ever used Rich
