  1. Very nice man. The Defis look fab even with your reflection in them spoiling the pic! Still think the Spec G would look more complete with a big spolier. J
  2. Lucky white heather?
  3. LOL! Looking like the Monster Energy drink ones. I can't seem to find anything else that is suitable or that I like. I'll spend a bit more time on teh mock-up and see how it looks.
  4. Aye, the Teins are great. They offer a good balance between comfort and ride-quality. The reason I chose these over Prodrive was the fact that they made the car that bit lower. The lower the more aggressive looking, the more aggressive the better! RAAAARRRR
  5. Welcome mate! Now that you have worked out how to put pics up, you need to take some better ones!
  6. He gives better lessons on how to pour all your hard earned bucks into new bits for the car! Welcome mate, have the night off and come along to a meet sometime!
  7. FPR? Fuel pressure regulator? Is this required for this sort of BHP and if so, why?
  8. 1) Ah! I think I will do this with my track wheels at some point. If it ends up looking a state, so be it, they are only for the track! 2) Reign
  9. Jeez, thats a lot of gee gees, well done. What turbo do you have that can put that out? And what other mods are in place to support that sort of power on a 2.0ltr?
  10. What the ... see proper response below! Getting dim in my old age!
  11. I think we are all members of that! Hot car man, enjoy it!
  12. Welcome! Hope you enjoy the car.
  13. Is your car inside a giant marshmallow? Oh right! Jsut noticed your camera is playing up. Yeah, time for a new one, money all the time! Wheels look good though.
  14. Pretty crap about your job, but join the club. The biggest maojority of us are little more than a payroll number. The good neews is your keeping your Scoob, "Welcome back"
  15. Thanks, going great, still not stuck the new bit in yet. Thanks man, think Iam going to go for it. LOL! Cheers! It was a brave move, but I had to do it! No WIY just Spotted ... LOL!
  16. Thanks mate Heat Gun mate, just as you suggested. No way would a hairdryer have been up the task. The day-glo graphics are much toucher than the other stuff and need more heat especially since they have a reputation for lifting laquer. Not usre of the brand, but they are PFF7 copies. I got them from a place in Falkirk called "Skids". They were really good. All supplied and fitted with rubber (Khumo) for £700.
  17. Heres a mock up of the Monster one, any thoughts on this? There is still more to go on the rear qurter and rear bumper as well. not to mention the front bumper one will all be replaced too - except the Tein one. J
  18. Cheers mate!
  19. Yeah, it is naked looking, I don't like it and it will only be worse when I get theother ones off. I didn't wnat to take the WRC graphics off, but they were badly faded. I am going to put something else on but dunno what yet. Looking more and more likely that it will be the Ken Block "Monster Drink" design but I will try Photoshopping it first. I miss my stickers
  20. To my decals WEnt out to install the solenoid discussed on the other thread and decided to see what it would be like trying to take the graphics. Three hours later I was finished! Once I got started, I couldn't stop. Thankfully no loss of laquer. I didn't have time to clean the car up so I will do that during the week.
  21. Even though I did a sterling job of gluing this and refitting it to the car, I have now got a 2nd hand replacement and a fair whack cheaper than a new one, this will be getting fited to the car tomorrow. Thanks to Peter (FAI 17) for hooking me up! John
  22. Nice cars, both of them. I have to be hoenst and say that I the the looks of that ST more though, great looking car. My mate had an ST. After he got that I felt the need to get behind the wheel of soemthing faster than what I was currently driving. I can't say for definate, but I'm pretty sure your Scoob will handle power-upgrades better than your ST. You will find a lot less torque-steer and wheel spin if any, as you'd have to be really givin' it some to do that. Welcome along! By the way, what mods did you need to get your ST up to 300BHP?
  23. I take you mean it judders when you are idling?
  24. Nice looking car mate and judging by people's reactions, looks like you got your self a sought-after example (I don't know anything about Classics or the New ones either , really), nice one. Welcome along and happy motoring! J
