  1. Pick them up anytime mate, I'm in Glasgow though, that ok? Just to verify the PCD is 5x100mm
  2. I have a set of those I can lend you if you like, but the tyres are gubbed.
  3. Nice one - just what I suggested!
  4. Man that's a lot of cash for a little work! Anyway, I don't need the airfilter, the plugs, or the gearbox oil and I have 5ltrs of 15w50 Mobil 1 Fully synthetic, so that'll save me a bit. maybe... Thnaks for the heads up
  5. Yeah, I remmber reading that thread and it put me off. Not that I was really considering one, but I might have fitted one if it was going cheap and maybe jsut for the sake of it for a while - but not now.
  6. JEEZ! Mines is due in 300 miles time - though I could probably put it off another couple of hundred since I was late at the 20000 one. What get's done, d'you know?
  7. Wait! What?!?!?! Surely this is NOT on top of the freaking £455 we will be paying next year???
  8. Must you remind me of that? He called me earlier in the week, so hoping to get in before the weekend - no rush though it would have been nice to have had it fitted for tomorrows meeting - hehe1
  9. LOL, just to lazy to go stand in the queue and then there is ALWAYS a drama. I usually forget something and the lady gives me grief and I have to go back the next day.
  10. Cheers.
  11. I'm still waitin' on the call from Dunc to get my rar ARB fitted - c'moooan Dunc!!!!
  12. Or get an SIDC one.
  13. And also the most bland and ugliest! I must be the only one, but I actually DO liike the tail lights, a version of those for the Newage would look COOOOOL IMHO
  14. My guess... ZERO! But good luck to you, and I hope you get it. Just out of curiosity, much was the 3 year one?
  15. Well. from all that it seems that I can get fined but would likely be able to appeal it and get off. I'll put a print of the e-mail in the window and say applied for on it. I don't park on the public highway during the day anyway, I would only get into trouble if I was stopped for ab unrelated reason or one of those freakin' DVLA tax dodger cameras are out - and they have been in around my area lately! Thanks for the info J
  16. I'm not called the "Last minute" man for nothing... actually I'm not called that, but I probably should be. Anyway, I bought my new tax disc online yesterday and it takes 5 days to get delivered. That means, although I have paid my road tax on time, I wont be able to display the new disc till 4 or 5 days later. So, can I still get a fine for this?
  17. LOL! Looks OK for a new sports car, but it doesn't look so great as an Impreza STi - I much prefered your "old" Hawkeye. Glad you are happy with it though and I hope you enjoy it to the max. Will be pretty difficult for you though given that amount of cars you now own! Looking forward to hearing what you do to it and the reviews. TBH, If I had the money and hadn't modded my own car, I'd defo be considering one of these, but as it is, it's out of my hands
  18. Well now, guess who's going down to the garage to over infalte their tyres? You guessed it! See you all later!!!!!!!
  19. Me too, but it cost £400 though for the downpipe with 100 cell cat.
  20. Fully synthetic for a Scooby (if Hypertech are to be believed ).
  21. None of those - they do wraps whish are £1500 EEK! Sent them an e-mail but its a bit ominus with there is no pricing on their site! Thanks folks. Looking mor and more likely that I will end up with nowt.
  22. 15/50 in MY06 WRX
  23. I had my design all thought out, prepared, car measured and art work done. The guy then e-mails me and asks for a deposit before cutting the vinyl, which was fine until I read through his mail. The cost he originally gave me, albeit ballpark was £80 LESS than the final costing (£250 then £330). Not only that, but I had to find a double garage to have them fitted as he doesn't have a place. So I pulled him on the 80 quid and he mails back, and jsut says, we'll just leave it then! Total a55!!!! I thought he might have been willing to come and go a bit, could I have been so freaking wrong. I'm pretty pi55ed off to say the least. Anyway, I NEED to find some one who will do this for me from start to finish, in a short space of time, near Glasgow and who has their own workshop. Any one know of anyone in or around the Glasgow area? Thanks. J PS. Don't trust suppliers who fit vinyls that fade, supply vinyls that remove paint, give you costings that are £80 less than the final cost and who don't even have their own place to fit!
