If the forum is going to continue then we need to do something drastic to get people to join and also to get people to renew their memberships. There has been numerous threads recently about the lack of activity etc yet nothing as far as the public can see is being done about it. Yes the forum is only a bit of the club but it is the first point of call for people. Can we get some sort of input from the committee as to what's going on in the background? This is not just winter quietness in here!

Did anyone notice the complete and utter disregard for the cans of spam in the supermarket challenge lol. Spam makes it to the limelight again ?

Was round at Phil's today overseeing the work him, Scott and Gary were doing on his bug when we had to do a wee trip to b&q and on the way back let's just say Phil's forester had a battle with a bird. The intercooler scoop just seemed to suck the poor thing in. I will let Phil post up the pics of the carnage.

So we are one month into the new year and therefore should be looking at this as being a new beginning and a fresh start so what are we going to do with the club to get some interest back into it? Our homepage says we are one of the busiest forums there is so let's live up to the statement. What are we going to do to get things rocking again? Chris

Just wondering if I should be looking at something more refined and better equipped instead of basic and fast lol. Would love to have just a wee cheap run around to do the commute but not too sure I can justify the expense.

Am going to be changing job locations next year and so the daily commute might not be as easy to do by train and is too far to do in the scoob without making me broke so is it time I start preparing myself for selling the scoob and getting my head round owning a diesel?
