Hi there peeps im Graeme and have just purchased an impreza after selling my supra and my 1956 oval beetle have been on this site a couple of times having a look about and though i would say hello and possibly ask if anyone knows of a good alloy wheel refurbisher in the Falkirk/Stirlingshire area as 1 of the alloys has a kerb mark and the other is starting to bubble? Hi to everyone thank you to all for making me feel so welcome in the forum!!

I will now try and answer some of your replies

4Hero: After a lenghty 2 month search for a bugeye and finding them all to be high mileage or more than 1 owner cars I opted to go for a 1997 classic wagon, 1 owner, 60,000 miles and 400 miles away from me lol!!

Oobster: Unfortunately Dundee is a bit too far up the road for me, but i will keep them in mind if i cannot find someone closer to home, cheers!!

Kart_Man: I will contact Auto Image tomorrow, cheers mate!

Scientific Steve: Sold the bug as it was sitting in the garage all the time and occasionally going to shows and sold the supra to accomodate my bullmastiff as he wouldnt quite fit into it lol!!

Dan Terzo: Some pics of bug below!!

Once again thank you all for your welcome, Cheers Graeme!!

Hi Stubbo id be telling a lie if i said i done any of the work on it, i looked around for about 2 years for an original uk oval and just by luck stumbled across this at the volksworld show down surrey way on a car interior stand, it took the guy 13 years to complete everything on it from the floor to the 1776cc engine which ran and sounded really good, i would have kept it but to be honest i got bored and it needed a new crank case and i had my eye on a very nice supra.... Cheers Graeme
