~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted January 12, 2006 Author Posted January 12, 2006 I think i agree lads - has the ones in the first piccy been slightly lighter it may have won......
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted January 12, 2006 Author Posted January 12, 2006 Some more piccies Copies Real McCoy Brightflitter look ace on silver CGS
SEEVERS Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Cal,if you buy these you can get a nice set of Prodrive centre caps from Subaru that will fit right in to the existing hole(they are silver also)i think mine were £21 inc vat. Just a thought. Del.
micra_wrc Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 silver would look nicer cal and i see that the big red "strictly no parking in front of gates" sign doesnt apply to scoobs
oobster Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Silver would be my choice Cal! That GB on SNet is VERY popular!!
ScoobyAndy Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Black and silvers too common, its getting like blue and gold. Black and black to be different
stephen_cheyne Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Same PFF-7's as the ones on the black STI in front of the NO PARKING gates. One of my favourite black Scoobies that one. Stephen.
colin_ross Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Black car? Gotta have black rims! Nuff said.
st3ph3n Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I prefer the darker ones after having a think about it Cal. One thing with Dark Rims on a black car is you need to keep a good stock of the old Tyre Gel to keep the rubber looking black and not brown.
Carl Davey Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I think your pre-PFF7 WR1 wheels look best Cal.
clutdav Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Cal good choice of alloys - they look rather similar to mine. I have always thought that dark wheels only really work on a light car (i.e. the contrast is key), but that's just me. If I were you I would get them in the bright silver as they will then stand out nicely and be a great feature on the car. I think that my colour of alloys would look lost on your balck beastie. Dave
