David Clarke
Im thinking of fitting an after market blow off valve to my car, is this a good idea and if so is there anything to look out for? Link to comment

The Don
The higher the number the bigger the compressor wheel so the laggier it will become unless other supporting mods/upgrades are done to utilise the possible extra power available Link to comment

scoobyjoff
so can anyone tell me the specifications of a TDO5 16g turbo inlet pipe diameter outlet diameter etc etc any help much appreciated as im trying to get the right turbo many thanks Link to comment
The Don
https://www.enginebasics.com/Advanced Engine Tuning/Turbo Chart Mitsubishi.html The compressor inducer is approx the inlet internal diameter of the housing. If you are replacing it because it's smoking, why not get it rebuilt?? (even possible with MHI turbos to do it yourself if so inclined). https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TD05-TD05H-TD06-Turbo-rebuild-repair-kit-16G-18G-20G-4G63-DSM-super-back-NEW/254229559031?hash=item3b314336f7:g:FVEAAOSwLYhc2NaD https://www.turborebuild.co.uk/ https://www.theturbounit.co.uk/services/ Link to comment
