i currently put on my card around 250 points a week just in the van alone, and thats not counting the fuel used on the car

still got on my card nearly 5000 points but maximun in one go is 50 quid

i put in 91 quid of shell v-power diesel in the van, double points as well

I was getting them regularly every quarter but haven't received anything for the last two quarters. Waiting now till the end of September and going to chase them up. I think I've got about 10,000 points built up now so should be worth something.

Yep got a £10 voucher to redeem in their shop, might get an iTunes card or something now I'm selling the scoob.

I see they have dropped the minimum fill limit for their "fill up 6 times in a month" bonus offers - used to be minimum 30 litres now I see it's only 25, makes it easier to rack up the points that way, and also get's you on first name terms with all the staff since you're never out of the place!!!

I don't do nearly as many miles now as I used to (trip to Banbury the exception!) but when I used to work out passed Kincardine I was doing 60 miles a day.

I walked into the now gone Shell station at the bridge one Sunday on the way back from a Track day at knockers and the girl was ringing up the sale when she suddenly looked up and said "Oh it's you Stephen, I didn't recognise you without the shirt and tie".

At that point I came to the realisation that I was visiting the Shell station too often!

I DIDN'T GET ANY!!

Just checked my details on the shell drivers club website and it was my old address so someone in Dumbarton has probably got my vouchers

I've been using loads over the last three months as well.....

Wish we used shell for our fuel in the cars, ive covered around 80k miles so far this year myself alone, add in another 150k for other drivers, I could be seriously laughing

Having filled up last night was having a blether with the wifey at the Shell garage when I mentioned some people were getting vouchers but not everyone. She then told me she had noticed from 'behind the counter' that most people paying with vouchers only had small amounts. Basically she';d noticed people with less than a tenner's worth were pithing up but very few folk with much more. She was also aware of others who use their cards a lot and would have loads of points hadn't all got their vouchers. No proof of any conspiracy theories but the suggestion was they may be holding back the bigger payouts and only volunteering the lesser value vouchers for some reason. Just thought it was an interesting observation from someone who deals hands on with the vouchers .

It might be you've not told them to send vouchers every statement. It was an option you had to sign up for. You can log into the website and redeem points that way. You can redeem for petrol vouchers or Ferrari tat etc.

Having discovered I was due a shed load of vouchers as they hadn't sent me any since November 2007 I emailled them and this was the reply....

"Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Shell Drivers’ Club.

Please be informed your points balance as of 16.09.2008 is 9858 Shell Drivers’ Club points. However out of your current balance only 8600 points are due for the redemption .

Unfortunately your address details has been designated unsafe by our system and the communication were suspended temporarily until your contact with us and confirmation of the address details by yourselves. Please advise us of your full address details so we can send out 43 GBP worth of fuel voucher to your address.

I did point out that my address details are the same as they've always been and to where the last two lots of vouchers were sent. Can't quite understand why they didn't just notify me of the problem as they seem to have been aware and merely waited for me to pipe up. Anyhoo, I suppose I should be greatful they replied quickly and will at least send me something now.

I got a £4 voucher but had lost my card recently (son raking thru my wallet in the mornings....probably it's lying in a toy box somewhere!) Usually get about £8-10. The link above is for the digital version of the mag if anyone wants to see it

50 bucks worth o vouchers not bad at all i thought i was doing well when £11's worth dropped though my door
